It has nothing to do with the case but some of us old folks here know James Arness not only from Gunsmoke, but his films. He passed away yesterday at a good old age, an actor and a veteran of Anzio, and that was not a place I'd like to have been at during WW2 - bless him. I don't think I can link it here but go to his website and look under 'greetings'. He left a lovely message for his fans that he meant to be posted after his death.

Bingo - alive when the tape when on and the hair was pulled out....WOW I GET IT NOW!

But, not all hair from a dead person exhibits hair banding so the DT will be able to dispute that it means Caylee was alive when the tape was put on.

Obviously this is not going her way.

Now, we know the duct tape was put on while Caylee was still alive because of the forensic evidence.

Seriously, though...as an observer, I'm irritated. I was following this testimony very closely, and understanding a great deal of it. This break totally disrupted my train on thought. :banghead:

wasn't there a gatorade/soda bottle with a syringe inside it found near sweet Caylee's remains? Did they conduct testing on that and were there any telling results?
