I didn't see how they could discuss (or even OBTAIN, for that matter) GA's medical records, given HIPPA laws.

ETA: perhaps a defendant, but certainly not anyone else (GA is just a witness!)

What do they want them for anyway, I wonder.

I have nothing to back this up but during today's trial on CNN Headline News there was a blurb that the jury was going to be taken to Caylee's remains site. Did anyone else see that? It did not mention when that was supposed to happen.

I would like to know what happened to the hearing that was suppose to be today re George Anthony's medical records that the DT wanted to use for something. Also there was to be a hearing on something else they wanted to do that the State objected to. It was suppose to be at 1pm today. What happened to all that?

Yes - hair in the trunk had it; hair(s) attached to tape did not ERGO the tape went on when she was ALIVE. The hair in the trunk fell out (of the bag or her head) when she had been dead awhile. THUS DuctTape = Murder Weapon.

Bingo - alive when the tape when on and the hair was pulled out....WOW I GET IT NOW!

I thought the reason for no death band on the hair that was attached to the duct tape was because it was too degraded by being underwater etc. Am I remembering that correctly?

We kind of speculated that they wanted his "suicide attempt" entered into evidence to bolster the DT's opening statements. (in regards to the alleged sexual abuse of ICA and his part in Caylee's death.) In other words-he felt so guilty he attempted to take his life.

its kinda funny - trash is what I call it when it is inside but when it is outside it is garbage ...it is never rubbish or refuse though.

I did have the same thought as Mason as well - it seemed like the witness got the joke too. I didn't realize they were sequestered from it all as well. I thought they just weren't allowed to sit in...so Cindy and George couldn't have just watched it from home then.

Personally, I say "garbage" (now listen kiddies, this is important! haha) :floorlaugh:, when there is actual garbage in the container, such as meat, scraps of veggies, already cooked noodles...ie. actual FOOD products.

I say "trash" when just paper products, cans, empty food packages.
