Yes, Mr. Baez, the hair could have been Casey's, or Cindy's or Caylee's.

Did ya notice it could not have been George's?

Okay, this Dr. dude is not too believable, in my book. Perhaps it's the lack of inflection in his voice...

k....where are these new pix of Anthony family coming from? First, the other day with KC and family when she was about 10 and possibly Grandma Shirley and now tonite, looks to be a senior high school picture... anyone?
(and fwiw...i no longer begrudge the Anthony family for making money from this...)

Male Guest: Comments by GA (including letter/s) re his daughter's physical appearance are compatible with physical/sexual abuse of ICA by dad.

Brilliant question. Not. Can she appeal?

Pfft, he actually said that he doesn't write letters like that so, yeah, it's sexual. Gmab, I guess the world starts and ends with him then.

More video clips................including Dr. Vass testimony

Caller: How can Casey have such emotions in jail video but not for her child and how does it tie to alleged sexual abuse

Dr. Bremner: Not at all surprised by allegations of sex abuse; growing up with incest learn to lie; her bizarre behavior and letters written by GA to her; inappropriate language he uses around her (referencing something GA said in jail visit/letter?). Not proof of abuse but not inconsistent with that pattern.

NG continues to defend GA/LA; doesn't believe they molested her.

NG and guests discussing over and over again defense cross-examinations.........

Caller: Wants to know if fingerprints on duct tape; can Casey appeal to prolong death sentence

NG: about 20 yrs. of appeals; residue from sticker used up during testing.

JC: No prints found on tape; not surprising, exposed to elements.

DD: Surprised no prints on gas can; but he's the expert.

NG now talking about missing coed in Minnesota

Agreed. Too many folks try to mitigate a crime by a childhood issue -- it hurts those who were truly abused and isn't an excuse for murder -- the same way folks in jail discover religion ... Just sayin it is misused and overused.

I assumed the male guest was a defense attorney. Was he a psychologist?

That looks right to me Panthera. I'm wondering if he's Anne Bremner's husband?

A classic case of cherry picking statements and spinning them to fit the charges ... The same way the Defense was analyzing the jail videos in real-time looking to spin them based on the OS.

Did you all hear that phrase the blond used that was in the picture with Baez. I believe she said she works for a radio station. She said "enjoy relishing Baez because tomorrow it will be ketchup" Should be in the Trial Catch Phrase thread.:floorlaugh:

Thats not true though, someone posted on a different thread that air samples had been used on a different case and the samples were from the Oak Ridge Lab. The case was in Texas and there was a conviction in the murder trial. There is a link, boy it's going to be hard for me to find but I'll look. anyone else see it?

Yes - Here it is....

The paper describes the adaptation of Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy, or LIBS, a technique that once made Martin something of a celebrity when she used it confirm the common origin of two separate pieces of firewood - evidence that eventually led to a confession in a 2006 Texas murder case. LIBS works by measuring the light emitted when a small portion of the sample is annihilated with a laser pulse, a flash that provides an elemental fingerprint of virtually any substance under examination.

Here is another link to a different article about the murder case:

As if in a Hollywood script, an ORNL scientist helps solve a murder mystery in Texas.

In March 2004, a woman who had been missing for a week was found strangled and stabbed to death in a field in Collin County, Texas. Around her body lay pieces of partially burned logs. Her murderer apparently had tried to ignite the wood pieces in an attempt to burn her body. The attempt failed because the wood was too green.

Thanks but the link I read was an actual murder case where air samples were an integrable
part of the prosecution and conviction in a murder trial.
