Thanks for this wenwe4. I had both this (the courtroom view) and the Casey view up on separate screens on my laptop. The Casey camera was from a different angle and you could see her agitation much better. But I don't think wftv archives the Casey camera views, do you?

Good afternoon ev1! Left work early, doing alot of that lately lol. I have a question that has probably been asked. Does anyone know if the Jury during sequestration are allowed to have their cell phones? So many people have Smart Phones and internet access phones. I know they are restricted and bound to the Laws of the court and sequestration. But is that monitored if indeed they are allowed?

I don't believe they can, and, you know I was just thinking of this today.

I finally discovered a great way to keep up during trial. I watch WFTV and like to go Full Screen, so it was hard to use my Twitter, said, like I'm a pro, lol, which I am not, my cell is net enabled, sort of but it is a tiny screen and not worth it. I have never used Twitter except on my PC, and not much. But, I started really using it for this trial, and it has been great, albeit a PItheA , until I thought of borrowing daughters Ipod Touch. Perfect, I put Twitter on it and bam, it is on the desk where I can watch it. I was thinking now, I LOVE it, and will have to get my own.

Then I got to thinking, I know one juror apparently said didn't have a computer, did do it, etc., but, if anybody else is into the computer, and a smart phone, OMG, it has to be beyond hard. First you are sequestered and you are cut off on the computer and your phone. And ICA sits there tapataptapping all day long on the lap top. If I were a juror, I would be so beyond mad.

My boss nephew is a "new" defense attorney and we have talked since this has started about the case. He stop by the office today to get some papers notarized and they had just did the lunch break.

I ask if he had been watching or keeping up it and he said some. I ask what do you think of her defense and attorney. He had nothing real good to say. Basically what every one has said. He said I can tell you this, he is going to make some money when this is over. I ask, how so? He said he bets anything JB has a book deal or movie deal in the works for when this is done. Said she want get death, but would get LWOP.

He did say that it is about the worse defense he has seen ever. LOL

And again this is a young "new" defense attorney saying this.

George and Cindy's attorney was on with Vinnie this evening. He stated something to the effect of G & C met with the DT and were told that the DT needed to do what they were doing in order to try and save Casey.....bottom line, G & C must have agreed to let the dirt fly to try and keep Casey from the DP if convicted..

Someone here at WS said when this first come out at the beg. of trial, wonder if the A's are part of this to keep her from the DP.

I don't know I think my brain is forenscially dead after the past two days.

LDB was doing re-direct and slid in the zinger of 84 visits!! it was a thing of beauty!

Then JB tried to do a re-re-cross and showed Bradley a cacheback report which Bradley (the witness) did not create - somebody else created the report.
LDB objected and it was sustained - then JB asked the same question in a different way, and the Judge raised his voice and said APPROACH THE BENCH. There was a sidebar and the jury was dismissed for the day.

As I recall, GA was talking to LE regarding the stench in KC's car and (paraphrasing) referencing that he knew that smell and just talking about it made him feel like he could vomit and I believe he had to leave the interview to do just that.

What's your take on why she was searching in March? She hadn't heard about Tony only wanting boys, etc.

Can't tell if she's angry or just really animated. Looks as if JB just kinda blows her off and walks away and Mason steps in. JB all smiley. She should realize that when it comes right down to the nitty-gritty they really don't give a darn about her future...and that somewhere there's a gin & tonic waiting on them at the end of the day.

Mel, the searches were done at the time she had asked CA to take care of Caylee while she went to P.R. and CA refused. Per Bill S and Kathi B today.

Even though she cheated on TL, I think she thought he was going to be the one and she probably ruminated in the past about her freedom and after meeting TL, she followed through with her past fantasy regarding being free again. Also, TL had morals and would not allow CMA to spend the night in his apartment. Up until that point, we have heard how CMA slept with KC and RM, but probably many others that she bedded down. IMO, she is responsible alone for whatever happened to CMA and she did this to facilitate what she thought would be her future life with TL. IMO

So, after the url was visited 84 times shocker. Lets think about it for a minute before we assume anything. There was no time frame given for the 84 searches ie over the past 3 hours, over the past 3 days, over the past 3 months. JB went to the podium with a report that said the url was visited 1 time. This was not the witnesses report. SIDE BAR. There are a lot of smiles and it looks like some laughter amongst the participants of the side bar. LDB shows CM and JB a report, and they look it over, and ask a few questions. CM looks amused as does HHJP. JB not so much initially, but then even he is smiling. SIDE BAR ends, and HHJP dismisses the jury. After the jury leaves, the witness looks quizzically at HHJP, as if asking either, what just happened or can I go? HHJP says, they will explain it to you, (indicating the prosecution team), and tells him he will see him in the morning. KC is very animated talking to JB and CM. She doesn't look angry to me, she looks like she is confused about what had just happened. CM talks to her and moments later the escort her out.
So to me, before I jump to any conclusions about the 84 times the site was visited, I am going to wait until JB gets a chance to finish with this witness.

Oh my, i've been reading back so many pages I can't remember why I multi-quoted this - except to agree with it and say it might be connected to the sandbox nearby, where the dogs alerted.




Thanks! Interesting. Looked like she was very passionate about saying something to JB, who stared at the ceiling and made a gesture like, "yeah, I'll get right on that your Highness, whatever" and then passed her off to CM. CM seemed to listen, started to gesture placatingly at her and then tried to distance himself. Stone faced LE forced ICA to go back to jail where she belongs and ICA threw out one last teenageresque "you haven't heard the last of this" gesture as she got herded out the door. Hah. Very satisfying.

Also loved seeing JA and LDB smiling and chatting as they packed up to leave. LDB grabbing what I'm sure is an awesome bag and looking spiritually a bit lighter as she prepares to leave. Love it.
