What did you guys think about the testimony regarding Bones? I was thinking that it kinda plays into the DT's opening statement. Thoughts?

I didn't think so. I think it established that a dead body was in that yard. JB's opening statement is still as ridiculous as ever. Maybe if he had left George out of it.. If he had claimed Casey alone was responsible for disposing of the body after a drowning because she didn't want to be blamed by her parents and tried to hide the girl in the yard..

I may have thought that as well, EXCEPT JB tried too hard to discredit the dogs and the handlers. He did the same yesterday with Jason Forgey!

The dogs are placing Caylee in the backyard. So, if she drowned and they put her body on the ground after it happened, wouldn't that cause the dogs to hit? IIRC from listening to a dog handler on NG, the decomp smell begins immediately after death.

If I were on the jury, I could see that either way. IMO, the trunk evidence is far more important.

But then I'd have to wonder why JB was so heck bent on discrediting the dogs. :waitasec:

Whoever does the cross of the computer examiner I predict what they will do is that Casey is not the only one who had access to these items.

Jose head is going to look like a bobble head doll by the time he is done cross examining this witness. He is NOT computer literate at all.

I really really like this witness and there isn't a DARN thing the defense can dispute with ANY sort of credibility.

Not really. I think the jury has to decide if it's a coincidence that someone bled in the backyard from a cut the same day a child died back there. And from the testimony regarding how good Bones is, I highly doubt the jury is going to believe that. I mean, he found a blanket a baby had been born on in a landfill. How many other things would be in there that people bled on? I think what the DT suggested is downright ridiculous and and an insult to the intelligence of the jury.

Would it have to be the same day? I didn't think that was the case...especially regarding the trunk. I thought he was implying that at one time something with blood, etc could have been tossed back there.

Cindy used to constantly touch and lean on George in the courtroom. Now they sit about a foot apart,slightly turned away from each other. Not good,IMO.

I noticed that body language also ... it looks VERY strained....
I believe some embarrassing computer evidence is about to be revealed about George.... IMO

Well folks, a big lesson I learned so far is that if I am going to commit murder, I need to stay the heck off of my computer and cellphone.

I told my hubby when this case first started, if anything ever happened to him, I would be sunk if they ever looked at my computer and the searches I have done connected with this case.

Just watched the Today show & they were depicting the State as having took a hit yesterday & not showing KC as the murderer. Also, the hinky meter also stated the State had a bad day yesterday. What do you think? I still say the State has a strong case against her. I am not a lawyer in any sense of the word, just a regular "Jane", but it makes me verrrry nervous when I hear these opinions. She can't get away with this (can she?)

In the end, it all comes down to the totality of the evidence. And that - in my humble and non-lawyer-type-person opinion - is overwhelmingly AGAINST ICA.

Bones alerted in nearly the same spot that Gerus did, in an area near the playhouse/playarea. The DT really didn't say what happened in relation to anything that might result in decomp scents in the backyard.

The picture that the odor and dog evidence is forming, is that Caylee's decomposing body may have been in the backyard at some point, and in Casey's car trunk at one point.

In regards to Bones, what was the answer to the question about why the dog was not taken into the house?

Please correct me if I am wrong but from the discovery and timelines created in this case, the laptop really did not have anything incriminating as compared to the desktop in the Anthony home. Am I correct on this?

It very much did actually, the diary of days was written on the laptop, also there were mass deletions of photos of Caylee done on that computer to her her different accounts, also she uploaded the video of Caylee's last day with grandpa and she looked at that video at certain times.

DT had to know where these dogs hit. I'm surprised in their OS that they did not state after the alleged drowning that they laid Caylee on the ground by her playhouse or something to that effect.
