It actually appears Casey's chair gets lower every day.

IMO

It's all part of the DT strategy to make her appear small, demure, weak, and look no make up today so she looks pale and a bit sickly....

But then I'd have to wonder why JB was so heck bent on discrediting the dogs. :waitasec:

Edited: I must be channeling Softail today. I see she said the same thing. GMTA.

IMO
Jose made a huge mistake not weaving his tale to include Caylee in the trunk of that car. ...his attempting to discredit 10+ witnesses and claim the body wasn't there was a WASTE HUGE WASTE!!

Jose lost ALL credibility IMO when he made this crucial mistake.

Well folks, a big lesson I learned so far is that if I am going to commit murder, I need to stay the heck off of my computer and cellphone.

LOL. I know right. If I was falsely accused right now, they'd lock me up fore sure. My last searches on google are very colorful. "How long does it take a body to decompose?", "Maternal filicide", "Chloroform".

Let's try anticipating JB's cross examination. He's going to say someone who searched could've been curious. Yes, but the fact that a dead body was discovered with traces of chloroform shows it was done for research sir. It could've been George or Cindy. Cindy is a nurse, is she not? I assume she knows about certain chemicals. George was clocked in at work when those searches were being done. George is not a pathological liar. George and Zanny aren't bff's.

Whoever does the cross of the computer examiner I predict what they will do is that Casey is not the only one who had access to these items.

True they all used the desktop... however... the searches were performed under Casey's log on ID that was password protected. The general log on that wasn't pw protected had searches more relevant to George & Cindy's interests. In the jail house calls & tapes Cindy and Lee are both asking her for the passwords for the Casey user account and she gives them two different passwords and neither works, and also tells Lee the password has to do with Caylee and she didn't want to give it to him over the phone. She was hiding something from her own family by not giving them the correct pw. We also have timestamps of the searches when Cindy and George were both at work. The only logical conclusion the jury will come to is ICA performed all the searches for missing children, chloroform, neck breaking, shovels, household weapons, etc... premeditation.

In regards to Bones, what was the answer to the question about why the dog was not taken into the house?

KB explained that she is not the one to determine where they go. She just went in the backyard and behind the fence, because that is where she was asked to go.

It isn't her decision.

That's what happens when you lie, or let a liar run the show. lol

In the end, it all comes down to the totality of the evidence. And that - in my humble and non-lawyer-type-person opinion - is overwhelmingly AGAINST ICA.
:twocents:

I agree. With all the experts, police officers and others saying it smelled of decomposition, and with the dogs alerting on the trunk, a reasonable person would have to conclude that Caylee was in the trunk after death. IMO.

She was not asked to. LE already KNEW the body wasn't in the little house.

I'm thinking she cleaned up some of the mess she inevitably got on herself possibly before getting the blanket, or leakage with the pool water since it was right there and that's why the dog alert there. It was water that collected in the soil used to rinse off decomp.

Would it have to be the same day? I didn't think that was the case...especially regarding the trunk. I thought he was implying that at one time something with blood, etc could have been tossed back there.

That might be true, but it's still weak to me. Going with Bones's record, I would say that it was from Caylee's dead body, not someone bleeding on the ground or tossing a rag with blood on it back there. And I want to hear one of the Anthony's get on the stand and say that happened before I believe it. Baez is not even going with his opening statement anymore. I don't think the jury puts a lot of stock in anything he says.

When I know I have missed stuff in my transcription, I can look back and see it has been covered by someone. :tyou: The smaller recaps are fantastic too everyone, they usually include detail I do not have time to get in.

:blowkiss: Websleuths

Me Too! A big huge thanks to Eidetic and others trying to keep up transciption today....also if I am unsure that I heard something right....I have confidence that Chiquita or others will catch it correctly....WS absolutely rocks!

Great work SusieT, is there anyway to get it larger......or am I having problems because I'm on an iPad? Awesome job!

That is as big as I can put it on here but I have my original file if you want to PM your email I can send it over.

I also changed it a bit and put it in my siggy if that helps! :seeya:

I've been waiting so long for this computer testimony, am so glad it's come in today.

Poor George though, I hope he's been made ready for what is coming. Maybe the judge won't let it in.

We know it's not her guilty conscience weighing her down.

I'm sure they want to make her seem as childlike and vulnerable as possible.

I think dressing her in pastels is deliberate, to make her look as pale and pitiful as possible. Well...they got it half right!

Oh yeah! I couldn't see where the officer was pointing to for the final trained alert in the back yard. Can someone fill me in? TIA.

:cool2:

It very much did actually, the diary of days was written on the laptop, also there were mass deletions of photos of Caylee done on that computer to her her different accounts, also she uploaded the video of Caylee's last day with grandpa and she looked at that video at certain times.

Thank you! Which diary of days was this? Is there a link to it in discovery? I really hope they bring up the deleting of photos then. That is very incriminating...

DT had to know where these dogs hit. I'm surprised in their OS that they did not state after the alleged drowning that they laid Caylee on the ground by her playhouse or something to that effect.

I agree....I can't figure out why JB was fighting it so bad. I know he doesn't want the trunk hits to be credible, but the backyard hits being credible actually somewhat supports his theory.

As far as the shovel goes, I think he will say she borrowed it to break the shed lock again, since apparently nothing was found on it.

Remeber in the original LE interview when LE told George there was some bad stuff about ICA (pictures or videos I believe) and George actually threw up. Have we never truly seen or heard anything that would have been that bad yet (i.e. photos, videos).

The dogs are placing Caylee in the backyard. So, if she drowned and they put her body on the ground after it happened, wouldn't that cause the dogs to hit? IIRC from listening to a dog handler on NG, the decomp smell begins immediately after death.

If I were on the jury, I could see that either way. IMO, the trunk evidence is far more important.

While scent from the beginning stages of decomp may be present within hours of a death, who would leave a body laying out in the backyard in that area for any length of time?

The pool is on the opposite side of the yard...why would anyone carry her that far?
