Help!

Question: ICA met Tony May 31st, 2008

She did the internet searches on March 17th and March 21st.

If the motive is Tony, that can't be true - she hadn't met him yet.

What's your take on why she was searching in March? She hadn't heard about Tony only wanting boys, etc.

Thanks!

Mel

My take is that she is a sociopath. Psychopath. Same thing. She was thinking about how much better her life would be without someone- either her parents or her beautiful little girl. She was gathering information. She used it at an opportune time for HER.

One cannot try to reason out how a pyschopath thinks, but only to know they do not think like almost everyone else does. They can decide in a minute to hurt or kill someone and not look back. That's why the motive part is so hard to prove.

Whatever happens with the verdict I hope it is the end. I shudder to think that her family would have to go through this twice.

She was "sleuthed" at the very beginning. A very brief marriage. I can't remember if there was possibly "overlap" between her and CA. Not much to glean there.

moo

That's what I thought. If not much to glean, why is Dr. Drew "gleaning" her?

My first reaction was omg she was planing to kill her parents, that explains her comments to friends about her taking the house over from her parents, somewhere along the line her murderous intentions shifted to poor Caylee.

I'm just trying to think through the inmates mind here. IF you were going to kill your parents, would you go telling your friends that the house will soon be yours, and to Amy that she could move in? Makes NO sense to me no matter how hard I look at it.

Even the Menendez Bros. didn't do that (though they did some pretty stoopid things afterwards).

Must be psychopath thinking -- which I'm very grateful not to have.

Here you go...It's New Junkies Trial photo thread...on page 3 look at Casey's face in the next to the last photo and then above that photo you can see the one where JB is looking into the camera as he's fiddling with his wallet.

Even if it was 84 times in a year..... how many times does the average person go to a website that has instructions how to make chloroform? What reason could she possibly have for accessing that particular website even once, much less 84 times.... no matter over how long a period.

JMHO

If it was 84 times within the time frame that this expert had extracted, then something doesn't make sense, because it showed chloroform only 3 or 4 times that he testified about. Also if it was over a much longer time frame, then anyone who had access to the computer could have been there 80 times, so I am not so sure this means anything at all at this point.

As far as accessing it once, I could easily believe it was because of the win her over with chloroform photo on her boyfriends myspace page.

as always my entire post is my opinion only.

Well I learned today Cindy misspelled chlorophyll 84 times according to the computer search. Think she would have gotten right sooner.

Dr D said he spoke to GA ex. She said that she thinks that ICA got the lying gene from her dad. She also told him that GA was a very nice guy. That is all I heard.

Well if she got the lying gene from GA, she got a double dose! I feel for CA but she isn't exactly honest Abe! At least she did say GA was nice...doesn't sound like he was abusive to her.

Good Evening My websleuther fiends i mean friends!

After hearing about all the things searched on her computers the neck breaking,
internal injuries, ruptured spleen etc etc do any of you think she was going to
harm her parents?

Yup... but I thought so long before this. When I first heard about her plans for Amy and her to live together in the home on Hope Spring because George and Cindy were divorcing or moving back to Ohio or some such. She even went so far as to let Amy change her mailing address to there, IIRC. That, combined with the 'neck breaking, etc.', searches we already heard about led me to believe she had thoughts (if not plans) to off both George and Cindy. But carrying that off required much more planning and physical strength than it did to kill a defenseless two year old child. Again, she wasn't much into prior planning or hard work, now was she?

As an aside, this reminds me of one of my favorite sayings from my dad (may he rest in peace). "Prior planning prevents pizz poor performance." He referred to it as 'the six Ps'. :)

Dr D said he spoke to GA ex. She said that she thinks that ICA got the lying gene from her dad. She also told him that GA was a very nice guy. That is all I heard.

odd, those two statements. Lying gene implies lots of lying. And yet he is a very nice guy? I don't find habitual liars to be "nice".

Wonder if they split because there was infidelity, hence, lying? Not that his previous marriage holds any relavance for me even if that is the cause of its end. Just saying, seems an odd pairing of statements. Whatever the reason for the lying gene comment. She seems (ed) to think well enough of him.

strange to make those two comments, imo

The 3 or 4 times were just actual searches, the rest were actual visits to the page. I believe he was given only that short time period where the deletion happened to study.

She's a spoilt brat who probably lied to her (lower than average iq and dysfunctional) parents her entire life and got away with it. Who the heck knows what she thought. I have always been left with the impression that her (dysfunctional) mother over-confided with her about her relationship/marriage to her father and that at one point, may have suggested to her that she might want to put the family home in her (KC's) name to avoid GA's ability to claim 50%. I'm sure that KC felt overwhelmingly powerful with the possiblity of that - even though she had no friggin' clue of the responsibilities (mortgage payments) that it would entail.

Heavens, now the defense has some consultant to their case on Dr. Drew. They have their team spouting junk on all the shows trying to show she is not guilty and it was the accident and it is the father's fault. molested etc.

I saw that too!

I love the way Mark Eiglarsh calls her out by asking if the defense team is paying her to come out and try to change public opinion of ICA. Also, when he told Dr Drew that, even him, as a defense attorney, finds something wrong with the timing of her appearances and what she's saying! PRICELESS!

IMO, this is an LKB born "consultant". Not only do they sound alike, but this consultant was also a consultant / attorney for Phil Spector.

Her name is Jennifer Barringer.

IMO, the DT will stoop to any level...

'Head blow' de cologne

A high-profile attorney who doubled as an agent for disgraced music producer Phil Spector is singing the blues after being nabbed for viciously attacking her boyfriend with perfume bottles in their tony Manhattan apartment, sources said.

Barringer -- who assisted Spector's murder-defense team in 2007, but was not the attorney of record on the case -- was charged with felony assault and released on $1,500 bail.

He was, and his ex has kept silent til now.

That just sent shivers up my spine.

1 - I didn't know he had a wife before
2 - does she have an axe to grind?
3 - remember Westerfield?
4 - how family members (cousins) came out and said that he molested them (Westerfield that is).

OMG - Please Lord, there best not be any abuse allegations in George's background and any witnesses that at this time want to come forward to testify about prior abuse.

Mind you - George is NOT on trial. I just wonder if the defense is gonna try to pull a fast one. I trust that your honour would never allow anything close to this in.

Ughhhh....

I thought the same thing she wanted to get rid of the parets and get the house.
I think Caylee's death came about when she put her in the trunk when she went out to party.

I think that poor little girl died in that trunk. She took her back to the house and was going to burry her in that back yard but couldnt find a good place.
jmo

I'm beginning to think the same thing. And according to NG if she chloroformed her and she died it's still felony murder. I had a thought that maybe she googled chlorform after seeing RMs post. If she really kept going back to the How to Make Chlorform page, which was step by step instructions, I feel much more confident that it was chlorform/duct tape that killed her.

I have another question for you guys and then I have to run for a bit.

How do you like having the Sidebar thread for more casual conversations during the day? We've been trying to keep the Trial thread on task for the trial and this one for more of a general discussion. I'm thinking it's been all good, but wanted you guys to weigh in too. :grouphug:
I think it's good having the Sidebar but when it closes the chit chat is naturally going to end up in the trial thread. Maybe if it remained open throughout the day instead of just recess and lunch then less chit chat would be posted in the trial thread?

Thanks so much News, I tried and could not get them copied.

Earlier several were talking about the video and when JB started ignoring her and she sat down and started getting mad.

I think this picture might show disbelief and then the dawning that maybe things just arent what they seem. (or as she thinks they are) I just think this picture says a thousand words..

my opinion only

I was confused too when I first answered, I open multiple tabs/windows at once, but I also open both IE and Firefox because my email and facebook only work well on firefox for some reason, but videos (when I watch the trial, etc) work better in IE. So I'll have about 4 windows open in IE and 2 in Firefox at one time...

I do that as well, only for me it is Chrome and Firefox. I have two facebooks, (personal and professional/public) so I have one on each, and it helps that I can keep some other things signed in on both. And then I have multiple tabs on each open. Except lately when watching trial, since WFTV frequently shows split screen on the top feed, I like to go full screen to see more detail.

Love it, think it's perfect, and keeps the trial thread unclogged when I have to work and want to read about what's going on.
