When JP was on the phone and ICA was out of the court room,' ill', all of the attorneys were having a little huddle in the middle of the room. You can clearly see Baez smiling wide, joking around with the prosecution team. He did not look the least bit concerned about his lil princess. Those days are long gone, imo.

Oh my, brought back memories of sulfur water, spoiled eggs. First thing I did when we moved to Daytona Beach was to put in a water filter system for the main water line. And those palmetto bugs, gosh were they huge. And then there are those nasty noseeums.

OMG I still have nightmares about palmetto bugs...they are evil.

All right, Beth K. gives a report on Juror #4, the doesn't like to judge lady, she was blowing her nose today. Might be good for the prosecution.

My personal feeling is that #4 is going to learn she can judge, absolutely judge. jmo

If the skull was face down, the front of the mandible (chin) would have RESTED on the duct tape as her body decomposed. Once the skin was gone, the adhesive stuck.

(Question was about how did duct tape residue get on mandible after decomp....)

jmhoo but the "illness" was due to epic fail in defense argument:

1)remember when JB and CM on cross repeatedly tried to get the first two experts to say the tape was not affixed, or "floating free" (one of their arguments and a big one imhoo and remember how involved ica is in her case

2)ica okay at this point... does the tear thing

3)it is when Dr. Utz gets on the stand and completely blows the defense theory out of the water with the tape that she forgets the tears and starts to get seriously ill

4)we see the mask of duct tape... with tape that was still affixed... that had separated... but the fabric of the tape was still on the skull...

5)recess for the day because casey is "ill"

I think you are right.
Many other WS'rs also came up with some great questions/comments about ICA becoming ill recalling the smell from Caylees remains. I had to give that some serious thought, but if that were the case why didn't ICA get ill during the 1.5 hour lunch break? Her not getting ill during that 1.5 hour break leads me to believe moreso in nursebeemes train of thought in her above quoted post.

I believe him. They were way freaked out in 08 and 09. I lose parts of my life when really bad things happen, just can't remember long periods of time. Little things are not logged in, so talking about a depo? If I was freaking out there is no way I would recall it.

I agree - what Lee said was he could not remember his exact wording of what he said. He was being very careful to have his depo read back to him or shown on the "teleprompter" so he only said that.

Remember, since then ICA has said he sexually molested her and LA knows Baez is gunning for him.

Very careful steps indeed.

Casey was just mimicking what she saw Cindy do on the stand. That was Casey's performance. Casey had to try and outdo Cindy don't you know. I am so depressed and sickened by Casey Anthony, all I could do was watch the trial today.

Casey Anthony got sick today! Cut me a friggin' break. I am filled with such anger and disgust for Casey Anthony I hope she gets the death penalty. And, you must understand for me to say that...it has taken all this time to get to this point...

Get rid of her.

I disagree. I think she had the same feelings as she dumped Caylee as should would discarding an empty soda can.

I think she had a lot of emotions when she dumped Caylee but none of them were remorse or sadness or love....they were more of the oh **** i better not get caught variety

Think people THINK! She is a sociopath. She has to have the attention. All the time. She couldn't handle the attention on Caylee which also called attention to what she had done. Nope nope nope - this was her way of getting that attention and then, therefore, getting what she wanted - it all to stop and go away.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the following days. Will she try this again and again?

If she follows her pattern of inventing bigger and better lies each time she finds herself trapped, we should see something even more dramatic next time.

Maybe she'll take herself hostage with one of Jose's power cords.

One thing I remember from one of Ann Rule's books and also during the Scott Peterson case is that it was said by experts that Sociopaths, when cornered, WILL COMMIT SUICIDE ( or try to).

They will choose death as their " own way out".
So, her mental processes, while always disturbed and abnromal, may be going to that place... I don't necessarily think the confirmed link between Sociopathy and suicide play into her courtroom display today but just wanted to bring this up...

I don't know if she is under any special type of suicide watch or not but I think she fits the criteria for Sociopathy so very well that she should be. JMO.

I was not able to watch much today, but I did have my iPhone streaming WFTV audio. People in Lowes weren't impressed though.

I think KC put the Kindercare Day Care sign in the woods. It's too coincidental that the baby was found in those woods and that particular sign would be there.

IMO the sign was another sick gesture on KC's part that ranks right up there along with the red heart sticker.

It appears she also celebrated by drinking a bottle of beer before she left.

I do think that one of her many boyfriends assisted her with the burial. The neighbour of the A's saw a pick up truck in the driveway. At some point, she was probably dropped off at the woods in the middle of the night and the truck may have left and then given her time to do her ugly deed.

KC would have called on her cell to be picked up when she was finished.

Will review her cell phone calls late at night now around that time.

Would also like to know who used the Copenhagen chewing tobacco, which could lead to more clues.

IIRC her boyfriends were all polygraphed and honestly I didn't see even one who appeared less than disturbed by finding out that Caylee was missing. This dump spot was just down the street from Home Sweet Home - Caylee was triple bagged, how much help would she have needed to toss the bag 10 feet from the road?

IMO if ICA had help, LE would have found the accomplice and she would have tried to pin this on him. ICA does not want to go down alone...
