Okay here's what I want to know. I have sent this question to several sources with no response. If this baby drowned, as alleged, why was she found in her street clothes and not her bathing suit? Did they take her out of the pool dead and put her clothes back on her? I'm just sayin. IMO

I dunno but I stumbled across a site a few mins ago where they had snaps of the monitor in the audience ....he/she posted everything else that had been shown on the monitor so I think there are probably some out there that will come out eventually - maybe after the verdict.

this is really disturbing....i always thought of the duct tape as something she used to stage the kidnapping. So I always assumed it was strips applied to the front of the baby's face like you see in movies....all the way around is just so freaking sick it is almost unfathomable that a mother could do that. (almost).

Now I see clearly why this is a murder charge. KWIM? Ugh.

Wondering if she usually wore a diaper all the time or just at night? Assuming she did use chloroform to put her out, she may have always put a diaper on her so there were no accidents in the trunk or wherever she put Caylee.

I am unable to find anything on Twitter about Juror 4 (in the last 8 hours) other than questions asking how she was reacting to the photographs shown.

When GA was talking about his normal morning routine with Caylee (ICA was in bed,resting after working late :innocent: ) he would help her "use the facilities, because she was just getting the hang of it"..

I agree about the duct tape...if it were one piece on the mouth I might wonder if she tried to stage a kidnapping...that would fit with a stupid girs's idea of a kidnapping. She wouldn't have covered the nose or wrapped it around the head..it was murder.

Are you referring to Mike Brooks? I think he's awesome and tells it like it is...

I think it's safe to say that most of us here do NOT believe Caylee drowned...

I did whole heartedly until the 84 times Chloroform debacle yesterday. I previously believed that Caylee drowned while Casey was on duty and neglecting her and that ica went in to coverup mode and staged the kidnapping. I couldn't imagine someone planning a murder and choosing right down the street to dump the body.

KC has seen the photos, probably many times.

Think about all of the attorneys come and gone, and new ones for trial that no one knows who those poor kids are.

They all showed them to her. Hence some leaving.

JB set himself up for future problems for himself and remaining team by lying to media today that she has not seen them. The team has some major issues with JB's comments, at least the 2 older members are sweating their careers b/c of JB's hoof in mouth health issues.

I would swear I hear some talking head this afternoon saying the DT and ICA had already seen all these photos....I know they had some 'cause I saw one when the big lawyer had the big white binder open today...but it was a regular photo....not a decomp or anything.

I don't know if KC had ever seen them before, but the only way that I can see that the DT had not seen them was because they were just too distraught to look. I don't see how the state could keep the defense form seeing them, legally.

84 times in March no less.

It just does not look good, and nothing to really dispute in anyone's mind.

I think that the two black plastic bags were inside the laundry bag. The laundry bag I believe had metal at the opening to keep the shape of the bag. I would imagine that she at first needed the black plastic bags to contain her and any fluids and realized that those trash bags were not going to stay together with the weight of the baby in them so she then needed the extra strength of the canvas bag. MOO

I agree with you! The laundry bag had a round metal rim to hold it's shape, but it also had 2 handles that could be held together at the top. It is difficult to carry 30 lbs in a black plastic trash bag by their yellow plastic handles ...also that would require the plastic bags to not only encompass the laundry bag with Caylee's body along with the round hoop into the black plastic bags with enough room to sinch up to within 2".

There was a lot of work done on the laundry bag some 2 years ago (IIRC)...there are graphics done by fellow members here on the pictures of the bag that are pretty consistent with other work done here.
