I was so disgusted by it and wondered if that was the catalyst for hHJP to remind the gallery of cell phone and camera rules.

There might not be ample evidence, in my mind anyway, to prove to me that she murdered this precious girl in cold blood and with premeditation, but I've certainly seen enough evidence to convince me that Caylee didn't innocently drown. Now whether this child died from chloroform, or suffocation, or whether ICA meant for this child to die at all, I don't know. Not yet, anyway. But however it happened, it happened at the hands of Casey Anthony. I'm absolutely convinced of that. And I'm absolutely convinced that Casey, and Casey ALONE, dumped that little girl's body into the woods like she was trash.

So yes, I feel overwhelming hostility towards Casey Anthony. I don't know what feeling person wouldn't.

And the fact that she got "ill" because we all had to view her handiwork today and RECOGNIZED it as her handiwork? Cry me freaking a river.

Bill Shaeffer's wrap up in case you have missed it. Pretty good. He says there were 3 photos that were very much disturbing and a jury would have a hard time forgetting them. He now has also changed his theory about the DP he feels if she is convicted of first degree murder they have a good shot at the DP after seeing the pics.

Thanks for the info. I've wondered why the SA let her on. Apparently, they didn't. She was forced on them.

It's a shame that in a case that has nothing to do with race, race may very well become a factor. I really like HHBP but IMO this was a bad call on his part.

Hi Sorry I don't know where to put this...but today there was a lot of chit chat in today's trial session.. I had to skip page after page to get to something significant going on in the trial... I guess moderators were missing.. but what I want to say is can I flag unnecessary posts so a Mod can let those peeps know they are not at a sidebar?.. Amen to that. I feel great when the other parents on my grandson's baseball team, he is a senior in high school graduates this Sat :great:, think I am his mother :rocker:.

Did we ever think maybe this juror said all that about being reluctant to judge others just so she could get out of jury duty, and HHJP saw through it? JMO.
