Was interesting listing to those tech's yesterday about history browsing though. I regularly clear my history and cache, so was curious and went into my applications folder of firefox while they were talking and clicked on history and lo and behold, there was four years of history that had stayed there even through the loading of new software, etc.

All very interesting to see what the heck I'd been looking at over four years. Needless to say after browsing, I was able to do a delete all. Was just really surprised to see it was there because according to my history drop down tab, there was nothing there.

How do you get into your applications folder for firefox?

I just wanted to post this before I go to work. One of the mods last night, I believe Kimster asked how we like this thread. I love it. It is a great reference as to where to look for important testimonies of the day. I appreciate all who post throughout the days not only here but on the Trial Thread. So a big thanks to all.

Oh no Stilettos - Epstein Barr! Had that about ten years ago - my sympathy! Never did get over that black sleep that creeps up on you that isn't restful - but we all share the agitation I think or else why was I up at 4:20 this morning my time? Take good care of yourself! :blowkiss:

Er, don't think this trial is helping avoiding high stress? :waitasec: :great:

HA! Nope it is not helping me avoid high stress...but it is keeping me on my couch everyday...so I am fufilling part of the doctors orders. :blowkiss:

Good morning, good peeps. I have to be out for a while this morning and will not be able to watch coverage or read/post here until later. I will look forward to reading your play-by-play upon my return.

Carpe diem.

IMO, she can't have been too bad in casual contact since she appears to have been able to make friends easily. If she'd freaked everybody out with her cold demeanor at first sight she'd have been more of a loner and not this crazy party animal who always had someone to live off.

Cracks would appear though and keeping the friends she made is another story.

That is exactly it. It was like I was waiting for something to happen, and nothing did, so I was thinking she wasn't that bad. I wonder if her friends were like that, possibly sensing something but then she was nice to them and it was confusing for them...and then those cracks got bigger and bigger and they realized they were being snowed...

I agree with the vibe thing another poster talked about. I do think she gives off a bad vibe. I remember the very first time I saw her, on television, and I knew she had done it. Something evil just radiated off of her. I can't imagine sitting day after day watching her in person...I feel for those jurors...

Ur throwin' ur shoes?????????????????? OMG Intervention STAT!!!!!

Ya know...teh..with this virus i have keeping me home...I think about others and not giving it to them...makes me wonder if all these kids that ICA was knocking boots with were practicing safe sex..I mean crap they all would be down at the free clinic getting the funk off.

Good Morning! Orlando Sentinel has this:

Honest, before the trial, I didn't think she did it," says Maria Hodges, who arrived before dawn to secure one of the general-public seats. "But being here changes my perspective. I could see the coldness in her face. Her eyes looked really dark. You don't see that on television."

About JB: If he appears flustered and incompetent on television, the perception is only magnified in the courtroom. The word "overruled,'' uttered time and again by the judge in response to his objections, carries a bigger sting in the quiet chamber.

Baez's co-counsel, Cheney Mason, was one of the most highly regarded defense attorneys in town. I keep waiting for him to rise and take over this case, but he simply sits quietly at the end of the table, deferring to a lesser lawyer.

Also from link:

Once the jurors are seated, José Baez becomes the main attraction. Watching him in person makes me wonder whether Casey is committing attorney-assisted suicide.

You know, I was thinking. I dont think casey really had any old friends you know from grade school and high school. They were all new friends. Her mother thought she was still in contact with the universal guy from middle school. I wonder how many bridges she burnt? On face book a girl posted that she knew casey in high school and casey told everyone it was her b day. the girl bought her a necklace. Cindy came to pick casey up and the girl told cindy i gave her a necklace do you like it? cindy said it was nice and asked the girl why she gave it to casey and she told cindy because its her bday. Cindy freaked out grabbed casey by the arm and told her she was tired of her lying. Now i cant say if thats true or not but i believed it.:innocent:

Well I'm on a Mac, so I go to the Finder folder but it will be where your hard drive, systems, are all listed - the basics of your computer. One of the listings will be applications.

In the finder icon, you will find applications listed, and if you go down the list you will see firefox - double click on that and it will bring up the list of firefox's "stuff" . Browser History will be listed. I was shocked. I am going to have a look at Safari and see if it is the same.

Apparently I have spent an awful lot of time on this case in the last three years. :blushing:

Except by definition, the friends she was hanging around with were those willing to hang around with her and we've only gotten to hear their words and their take on ICA *because* they were voluntarily near her. So it's a skewed view, IMO. Those who felt something was 'off' about her, or were repelled by her for reasons they maybe couldn't describe, were not around her and therefore not witnesses to Caylee's last weeks and therefore were not interviewed by LE and therefore we've never "met" them to hear their stories.

I think it's interesting to read the words of someone like Uncle Rick, who didn't like KC but couldn't really choose not to be around her because she was family. Or even George or Cindy. Each of her family members thought: I wonder if she killed her daughter (in some form or other), even if they later fought tooth and nail for KC. Were something God forbid to happen to my child, I would be willing to bet not a single family member would wonder if I did it. That's not on their radar re: me. But that was on their radar re: KC, even if only in a knee-jerk, back of the mind sort of way.

People with personality disorders do not normally form lasting relationships...either the friend gets to the point they cannot take any more...or the person with the disorder becomes aware the gig is almost up, has no use for them anymore and they are history in the mind of the personality disordered. If you have never seen the behavior first hand, it is hard to understand or see coming at you....but after time you get it...but good.

I hate to say this but I wonder if we ever really do get over it.

I'm lucky in one way that I don't ever (knock on wood) get a cold or the 'flu, which gives me the ability to really push the envelope in terms of expending energy.

But what I do get every so often is complete exhaustion - that lasts about a week, when I can barely pick up a pen, let alone put any thoughts together.
Very similar to Mono and it's ugly cousin Epstein Barr.:waitasec:

I think ICA is obviously spinning a tale to her lawyers and making up all sorts of bs about who did the searches who had the passwords etc. ICA was probably annoyed about the 84 times coming out in court and why can't Baez read a computer report. It was funny though, Baez just walked away as she was going on and on and on, Mason had to step in and give her attention.

starts at 16:40...you can see how animated she is with her attorneys, only Baez walked away and CMason is left holding the bag....I guess she's giving them more lies in reference to those computer searches..I can't believe her DT believes her or has faith that what she tells them is true. How do you admit she lies and then believe her???? It makes not sense and I do hope those jurors raise those same questions to themselves...JMHO

Morning All!

Kids begin summer break today. That means two things. My house won't be clean again till August 10th when they return back to school and I will be relying on you all for your wonderful commentary!

He WAS until he got involved in this circus. If someone who is sitting in the courtroom forms a first hand opinion about ICA, so be it. I've found that it is much easier to read people in person than on video or TV.

Fair evaluation of the jurors to assess the defendants demeanor. That is why even an unruly defendant gets so many opportunities to sit in the courtroom and multiple opportunities to rehabilitate themselves when they act up. So if jurors don't like what they see so be it. They are still taking in the testimony.

Eyes are the windows of the soul. Yep that's my thinking.

Mornin all!

Hate this virus with a passion...never felt this way before. Thanks for the support. I need it!

Yes, and when we look at the relationships ICA had - it's pretty clear she used up her friends and then moved on when it looked like they didn't have anything she wanted anymore. Her treatment of Kiomarie was pretty obvious - dumped her because she wasn't part of the cool crowd ICA wanted to run with. Think she did the same with Ricardo....

ICA's after court behavior is the only 'real ICA' we see from 9 - 5. All other is an act with handlers by her side. :twocents:

BILL SHEAFFER: Analysis Of Casey Murder Trial Day 24
WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer talked to reporter Kathi Belich about day 24 in Casey's murder trial on Wednesday. (06/08/11)

http://www.wftv.com/video/28175595/index.html

I do hope the State can prove CA/GA were at work and not home at the time of those computer searches.

The searches on July 15, 2008, proves the family was looking into ICA's claim of this alleged nanny...the family was trying to find her which also shows, they didn't know that Caylee was already deceased by then...it will come back and bite ICA very, very hard...JMHO
