Hey, I wanted to address this picture from first thing this morning (thanks luv)-- does it appear that KC has a bruise on her right cheek?

I saw her trying like hello to make her nose red........it didn't work.

I am not understanding why the State did not have Kronk as a witness to go over finding Caylee, and why DT cannot refer to his earlier calls. It comes off as suspicious to me, who doesn't know the reasons for this?

Because Baez changed the whole story by saying in his opening statements that Kronk somehow stole the body from George, and brought it to this scene just shortly before he "discovered" it. He also said Kronk discovered it at that time because he wanted the reward money to pay for the repairs on his car. :loser:

So, with that said, the SA has to switch up the timing of presenting evidence. They need to show this evidence had laid there through the summer and fall, before bringing on Kronk to testify about how he found it.:rocker:

I'm certain once Kronk testifies about his find for the SA, the defense will bring up his earlier calls. :banghead:

I just cannot get my head around the DT trying to get the Jury to buy that the duct tape was staged to make it look like a kidnapping/murder. The more I think about the defenses claims, the more perplexed I get. A reasonable person would believe that it is better to call 911 if a child drowned because that that is an accident that likely would have no criminal charges. A reasonable person wouldn't think 'OMG the baby accidentally drowned. I'm going to cover it up and make it look like a kidnapping and murder.' And while I'm on the subject of the DT throwing GA under the bus, why on earth would GA think that Cindy wouldn't be able to handle an accident but would be able to cope with a kidnapping and murder? Again,

Nope, the more I think about it, the more I realize that the Jury is just not going to buy this load.

Oh my goodness.

I am so grateful to be watching this with my fellow WSers. That is all.

IIRC JB was in trouble earlier in the case for touching/hugging KC in jail. Was he not reported to the bar for that?

Ah come on you guys, JB was just telling KC what a great job she did. A director hugging his star performer, that's all.

I find it quite a coinky-dink that we talked about how JB is the only one questioning the witnesses so far, and lo and behold, today CM is going to do the questioning. DT definitely have someone reading here.

I don't mean to be insensitive, but is the public able to view any of the images they are speaking about? Is there a way to view them? I've been listening to WESH (not watching though)...are they showing the images on TV?

Do we know how many of the currently sitting jurors were in the courtroom when she had her "meltdowns" during the process of picking the jurors?

I know that her "breakdowns" occurred several times when the large pool of jurors were brought into the courtroom and the judge read the charges.

Those who saw her then and now will have a good basis for comparison of her behavior.

The folding of the kleenex and then using it to "dab", then looking at it and seeing that it is still dry, then using it to dab again is so bizarre. After all was said and done, I noticed her sitting there using her fingers to calmly "fluff" her eyelashes and smooth her eyebrows.

Getting ready for her further closeups, perhaps.

When I cry, my eyes get red and swollen. How about you?

A big hug for his girl.

Talk about "STAGING!" Ugh! :maddening:

eta..I hope every juror was looking right at this PATHETIC 'couple' & thinking this same thing in their minds..And that they all recall how often ICA said "she's close, I can feel it in my gut" in the jail tapes now that they've all seen exactly where she was DUMPED like TRASH!

:waitasec: I "think" she wore this outfit before ... I can't remember when ... but I am starting to see "repeats" of her clothing ...

She did, at the jury hearings and she has worn the jacket with a taupe something under neath it instead of the cream coloured shirt.

(A Lunch Time Appetizer) I am still such a "newbie" here on the fab WS site, so forgive me if I have chosen an incorrect location for this article that I have been wanting to share with everyone.
Since the testimony of Lee today has raised the level of lies, again, this info may be especially interesting to some people...There is such a mountain of lies that have been exposed in the trial of ICA. I am fascinated by the mental mechanism of this degree of pathological lying. I have been trying to get info regarding what might be going on in the brain of someone who tells such tall tales, with such unneeded detail..The article I'm sharing was enlightening and I see ICA a little clearer after reading this:

Link didn't work for me.

I asked this on the trial thread and didnt get a response...
Yesterday a lot was said here about the Home Depot video....shouldn't have been brought in by now???

The problem with Kronk as I see it.........JB DID bring him up in his opening. I think 1 or 2 of the jurors are going to wonder WHY the SA did not call him. Sure it makes them look bad because he called a few times, but not calling him? IDK........could be a bad move. Unless he clears up what happened, it does appear hinky.

If I were a juror the DT 'shot gun' approached would turn me off. They are shooting at everyone and everything hoping to hit. Credibility is lost when they attempt to belittle every witness and claim every single aspect of the investigation was botched.

The SA is organized, straight forward and professional. The same cannot be said for the DT. ICA is not helping them either. Compare ICA's reaction to photos with CA's total breakdown just talking about the day she found out Caylee was missing.

all MOO. peep peep

Opps...missed that little squeez. TY. The most telling one for me is the lawyer (female) sitting next to ICA. Never can remember her name.

JB and ICA so in this trial together. Kind of creepy.:twocents:

Dorothy Clay Sims, and she wasn't too thrilled about having to be part of the charade this morning, IMO. Shes been annoyed for the last week.
