I've wondered during the trial, does she get to eat real food/take out? Maybe JB brings her his leftovers..lol

JMO - I said the other day when the jury was supposedly going to get hamburgers that she probably wanted to get in on that action, since there was some talk before lunch.

Talking heads on the feed from WKMG-TV6

One is Mark Nejeme

I wish we could see a representation of the actual crime scene and the skull/tape. I don't want to see the real deal but I want to see with my own eyes the placement, etc.

Don't throw rocks at me, but I would like to know if there is a possible connection between Roy Kronk, Dominic Casey, and possibly the psychic in Virginia (was it Va.?). The psychic had one of Caylees' bears. I have wondered about those possible connections for a very long time now. I just have a feeling that Dominic Casey knew Roy Kronk. There is something not quite right where Roy Kronk is concerned, IMO, and Dominic Casey as well.

LOL - Duck!! Here come my rocks!!! :floorlaugh:

You aren't a close friend or Leonard's, are you? :innocent:

Too funny!

:eek::eek::eek:

:waitasec: I think this "pose" was for the cameras ... these two are just unbelievable !!

Don't worry honey we will be rich after I get you out of this.

That is what I see in this picture.

The problem with Kronk as I see it.........JB DID bring him up in his opening. I think 1 or 2 of the jurors are going to wonder WHY the SA did not call him. Sure it makes them look bad because he called a few times, but not calling him? IDK........could be a bad move. Unless he clears up what happened, it does appear hinky.

As far as the SA were concerned RC is just a bystander who called in to report remains found, 3 times in August over three days he had called a hotline and the police letting them know there is something suspicious in the woods. He was ignored until December.

That is his only value, it was the DT who decided RK among many others were responsible, it is now up to the DT to prove it or STHU not the SA.

ICA's 'crying'. Is she wearing waterproof makeup? Because with the camera angles I'm seeing it does not appear that ANY eyeliner, eyeshadow or mascara on and near her lower lashes looks gone from any tears.

Or does she just have dark lashes?

My natural hair color is blonde and if I don't have mascara on you can't see my eyelashes. If I cried just a little bit after having makeup on at min everything on the bottom lashes and all the makeup under my eyes is gone. There would be no question it was gone. ICA looks like she still has makeup on under her eyes on on her lower lashes.

I wish the camera's would zoom in closer so we could tell.

Well then... he'll just continue to look the fool when all the testimony about the foliage growth through her skull comes in. And how all her tiny little bones were buried into the soil and LE had to sift them out of the ground on their hands & knees for what 10 days? Let him keep going with his ridiculous theory, the jury won't buy it!

Vines were growing through her tiny vertebrae as well........

You may be onto something - but it seems we know SO MUCH MORE than the jurors and we bring so much to the trial with background that may never be examined.

Guess we shall see because looks like the DT is hanging so much on Kronk.

Why does everyone pick on JB so much? I get it: he's the bad guy because he's defending ICA. But isn't he just doing his job? Doing what he was hired to do?

Speaking for myself here. I don't dislike him for defending Casey, I dislike him for his attitude, personality, demeanor, allegations, media tours bashing the experts and science. I believe that everyone deserves proper representation and that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Casey does not have proper representation IMO. :cow: It is aggravating to watch and hear Baez go on and on with all his nonsense.

IMO, in this case it is so obvious that Casey is not innocent. But I still kept an open mind for a long time. After all the lies one has no choice but to stick to their opinion and gut feeling about someone. At least me anyway.

Now, another problem with JB IMO, is that he is very nasty and rude. He IMO, is not representing Casey the way a good "defense" attorney would.
Many other attorney's have even mentioned how unprofessional Baez is and how he is way over his head. At one time there was another attorney on the case from Miami and at that time there was talk of an accident and it seemed they were going to go that route. All of the sudden that attorney walked away from the case and Baez continued with his rant that LE did not look for ZFG.

IMO, This is Baez first big Murder case and he should of stepped aside and let someone else take first chair. He should of let Sim's take over the cross exam with the Experts since that is her specialty. Instead he has been first chair and is not helping Casey one bit.."not that I care because IMO she is responsible for Caylee's death". But that is JMO, a jury should be able to hear the real facts regarding this case and a good defense. Casey has no defense, her defense is so off the wall and people are stunned that with the amount of money that the State of Florida has had to dish out for the dream team of Casey's, they couldn't come up with a better defense than the one they did.

As for the State, they are awesome and professional and don't bully the witness like Baez does. I think that is the main reason most don't like him..at least me anyway. :cow:

:truce:

Did anyone else notice the big gulp ICA made when the canvas laundry sack was first mentioned during the viewing of the photos? She gulped, then did her weird exhale that she does. Remembering putting Caylee in the bag perhaps? Or mad she made the mistake of using so many household items from the A's home to stage her scene?!

I wonder if it was shifting back and forth in her mind that the clothes should have/shouldn't have been left on Caylee.

I wear waterproof mascara all the time because I cry often...sensitive...commercials..church...and DH doesn't like the skunk eye look so he requested waterproof...it does not come off when I cry...my eyemakeup does.

I am a little disappointed that they did not pixelate the scene photos- they could have pixelated out the skull but I want to see just how dense the area was and how the evidence around the skull looked so that I can put into context the DT theories as well as how much vegetation was there. I wonder why they made the decision to not show anything at all...

FWIW, the mock juror is not even thinking about RK at this moment. Only that defense has suggested crime scene was "staged". Defense still has to try to get the mock juror to believe that.

 Interesting choice of color for her clothing today, is she supposed to look like an angel?

Bold mine.,

Dr. G will. :great:

They may have but if you had seen pictures of the duct tape with the bunch of hair...it had degraded pretty badly from being in the swampy area through hurricane season and just over those six months outside...

ETA: if you didn't know it was hair you might have wondered what kind of string it was.
