lg, do you really think the SA will call Kronk? Respectfully, I disagree...they don't want DT to get him on cross, and they know that DT is going to call him, so why not wait until they can get him on cross? Kronk is nothing more to the SA than the hero who found Caylee.

I think they have to.

This is too big a :worms: from the Defense for them to ignore it.

But we know what will happen if the SA put Kronk up first before these crime scene people? It would go on for days and Baez would never sit down - it would be boing, objection, overruled, boing objection overruled boing objection overruled, and then cross would be a nightmare.

Seriously I think it is very clever of the SA to get the crime folks up there to testify about the roots, how the bones were scattered, the evidence of scavengers, how many bones were found and over what size of territory, and how long it took them to collect them, plus the degradation of the duct tape, etc., well before Baez gets up and starts his piffle.

It's only logical....:great:

I asked this on the trial thread and didnt get a response...
Yesterday a lot was said here about the Home Depot video....shouldn't have been brought in by now???

I was thinking the same thing since they've been deliberately using a 'timeline'..I was waiting for it around when the 'party pix' were shown :waitasec:

I guess Dr G will be on after this witness? Once Mason is done with cross and trying to say the crime scene was tampered with, uggh. Do you think the defense team have noticed the jury can't stand Baez so have decided to give Mason a try?

They are going to be showing these pictures and talking about this evidence for a long time, Casey can not keep up this act.

I get deep down angry all over again every time I see pictures of the dark scary swamp that was Caylee's final resting place. Little kids are scared of big, dark woods. Caylee never hurt a living soul. I want to see Casey live a miserable life for many, many years for this act. All because she was hot to trot to go see her boyfriend and didn't have a sitter. What a problem solver....

Mountain_Kat, how is our resident mock juror feeling right about now?

 Interesting choice of color for her clothing today, is she supposed to look like an angel?

I'm seriously expecting a nun's habit next, or they'll give her a cane and let people think she's weak and crippled. One of the two. Good Lord.

Where did anyone; Dominic Casey, Roy, whomever, get the body if Casey and George supposedly were the ones with the body? Did Casey and George just hand it over? Did they just throw it away somewhere that it could be found? Who takes a decomposing rotting body with them to their homes? If you want to believe JB's story, the body was "stolen" and "we may never know where". Yeah, riiight. Where did Casey/George put it then? I know what she didn't do. Call an ambulance and the cops who might've proven that whether or not Caylee Anthony did indeed drown.

One thing I have been thinking about is that the DT strategy/story was more than likely created by ICA (it has her signature all over it) and the most insane parts of it- RK, GA, etc. are things that did not have to be said but she had to have NO culpability- selfish and narcissistic of her even when on trial. This will be the proverbial nail in her coffin- she was so vain as to not claim ANY liability and that will be what sinks her.
A simple accident theory could have worked much better. Silly and foolish

Speaking for myself here. I don't dislike him for defending Casey, I dislike him for his attitude, personality, demeanor, allegations, media tours bashing the experts and science. I believe that everyone deserves proper representation and that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Casey does not have proper representation IMO. :cow: It is aggravating to watch and hear Baez go on and on with all his nonsense.

IMO, in this case it is so obvious that Casey is not innocent. But I still kept an open mind for a long time. After all the lies one has no choice but to stick to their opinion and gut feeling about someone. At least me anyway.

Now, another problem with JB IMO, is that he is very nasty and rude. He IMO, is not representing Casey the way a good "defense" attorney would.
Many other attorney's have even mentioned how unprofessional Baez is and how he is way over his head. At one time there was another attorney on the case from Miami and at that time there was talk of an accident and it seemed they were going to go that route. All of the sudden that attorney walked away from the case and Baez continued with his rant that LE did not look for ZFG.

IMO, This is Baez first big Murder case and he should of stepped aside and let someone else take first chair. He should of let Sim's take over the cross exam with the Experts since that is her specialty. Instead he has been first chair and is not helping Casey one bit.."not that I care because IMO she is responsible for Caylee's death". But that is JMO, a jury should be able to hear the real facts regarding this case and a good defense. Casey has no defense, her defense is so off the wall and people are stunned that with the amount of money that the State of Florida has had to dish out for the dream team of Casey's, they couldn't come up with a better defense than the one they did.

As for the State, they are awesome and professional and don't bully the witness like Baez does. I think that is the main reason most don't like him..at least me anyway. :cow:

:truce:

Exactly.

Don't throw rocks at me, but I would like to know if there is a possible connection between Roy Kronk, Dominic Casey, and possibly the psychic in Virginia (was it Va.?). The psychic had one of Caylees' bears. I have wondered about those possible connections for a very long time now. I just have a feeling that Dominic Casey knew Roy Kronk. There is something not quite right where Roy Kronk is concerned, IMO, and Dominic Casey as well.

*Putting on my protective gear now.

There is and ENTIRE thread (or 100 )where this was "sleuthed"....Can't remember the name now. It would make for some interesting reading. IMHO we will never know about the Dominic Casey thing. As I recall, it was a very explosive issue that had to do with attorney client privilege/work product. I believe that is where the parallel investigation for obstruction came into play.

Oh how I wish DC could take the stand and tell what he knew. Which, IMO, is A WHOLE HECK OF ALOT. It will always be my belief he knew where to look for that body (as evidenced by his video tape) from inside information either through JB/KC or .... others.

When even your imaginary friends are saying you are an unfit mother, you probably are. LOL LOL

So we have a new Baez word of the day...

CUTTED

What can the jury think of this guy when he can't even speak properly? It's just a joke.

Because Kronk is not part of the State's case. They are not going to make a big deal about him other than he found Caylee's body. They are keeping the focus where it belongs - on Caylee and what was done to her by her own mother. To bring up Kronk's previous calls is just a distraction to a well laid case by the SA and lets the DT get in shots at him. No, the SA is not going to let the DT have any floor in their case. The DT can rail on Kronk all the want when it's their turn to put on their case - they are the only ones that made Kronk a villain. The SA is respecting Kronk by not letting the DT start questioning what he did when he's not even there to defend himself. It is not Kronk that is on trial - Casey Anthony is. It is not suspsicious at all that the SA did not bring that up. It just highlights how unimportant that was to them and that it should be unimportant to the jury as well. Kronk is hero for finding Caylee. He did nothing wrong in this case.

I am just saying that to me, who does not know all of what went down, it is suspcious. Most times, you will see the person who found remains on the stand. And now I did hear JB ask about calls months earlier from Kronk, so am wondering about that.

I'm really not trying to be ugly/snarky but ICA at time appears to have horns(forehead) on my laptop.

Yes, I think so too. They didn't want her blamed for anything and ended up making the whole thing sound like a badly written novel.

As far as the SA were concerned RC is just a bystander who called in to report remains found, 3 times in August over three days he had called a hotline and the police letting them know there is something suspicious in the woods. He was ignored until December.

That is his only value, it was the DT who decided RK among many others were responsible, it is now up to the DT to prove it or STHU not the SA.

And how much you wanna bet that by the end of the State's CIC, the DT will not be planning on calling Kronk at all in their CIC. The DT knows, as the days go by, that their grandstanding, opening statement is looking "dumb and dumber".

Well, those "crying" shots today certainly look a lot different than her pics from Fusian... both were depicting her distraught.

Dislike JB because this happened 3 years ago - and 6 weeks ago after extensive searches, tons of people being accused and abused who came in contact with ICA they come up with an accidental drowning as opening statement. Ineffective IMO almost bordering on insanity that his client would sit in jail for 3 years if he is to be believed.

Not to mention his opening remarks re George Anthony.

Forgot to mention all the money people donated to this cause plus the money the taxpayers of FL are spending on him and his client.
