I believe it was her yesterday that tried to make a point that the dogs could hit on an area if someone sneezed there. I almost fell over.

I watched Baez do that, and it seemed to be that it was brief and possibly just a staged moment for the cameras. His body language was not one of compassion, and Casey's own reaction to that hug wasn't to break down into tears.

I rarely see "real" emotion from Casey. I do think most times, she is hiding it from the cameras. But at moments it does slip out.

Did you see Baez looking out to see where the cameras were? There is no end to his shameless self promotion - for gods sake the people there just saw Caylee's remains and he is doing a photo op with his more than likely guilty client - he makes me sick.

No, the judge flat out told the media/everyone they could not post the pictures and told everyone in the court room not to take out their camera/phones to take pictures either. I don't think anyone will see the pictures out of the court room until the case is over.

Sometimes I think defense attorneys should be required to take 2 semesters of acting class. They put on these little drama moments which fail miserably.

I'm having great difficulty with this portion of the testimony - much too heart wrenching. Without going into details, is there just a concise list of items found/entered into evidence from the site where poor little Caylee's remains were found?

I just cannot imagine being in that courtroom today.

Is it weird that if I was Cindy Anthony, I'd ask for Caylee's hair when they released her remains so I could wash it with my own hands and bury it with her?

In fact, I've thought about when someone in my immediate family passes away, requesting being able to help wash their remains, comb their hair and get them dressed for viewing.

I can't imagine being a juror on this case. Just hearing about the skull and duct tape is devastating to me. I don't think I have ever felt sicker during this whole case than I do right now.

JC: They have not yet seen the mandible area of the jaw. Duct tape seemed to be "next to" the skull... pretty wide... looked like someone had ripped it rather than cutting it... everything was so wet. Water might make duct tape come undone.

I hear a lot of people picking apart IS but don't they kinda have to come from the defense angle no matter what is going on since we are "innocent until proven guilty" and they would be risking their butts/the station's $$$ if they said what they really think??!?

I'm thinking of some of the stupid things Jean C has said on Nancy G, she really needs to look at how she reports the facts, because a lot of the time she is just dead wrong.

Did anyone notice if the attorney questioning Lee made it clear, or was able to get in there that Casey told him about the new Zanny park kidnap story AFTER she got out of jail on bail? That attorney kind of stammers and is hard for me to understand, so I didn't catch it.

Also: Just before they started showing photos Casey was giving the blonde state attorney a horrible creepy mean look as she walked past, IMO.

I think the "inordinate" amount of hair found on the skull speaks to the duct tape (holding the top half of the skull to the mandable (spelling)...together). TruTv is totally getting me to cry. The duct tape just floated up there? Not.

JC: We are only seeing the skull as it was photographed. It was embedded in the ground. It was so wet...everything was wet. There was some duct tape standing up straight. JB was trying to suggest that the scene had been altered. What I saw was that the vegetation was up through some of the tape. Some of the vegetation was wider than the tape on the ground itself.

Threads moving so fast. but someone just asked about the Dominic C relationship with Roy K., and immediately thought of LP's daisy chain. but can't remember it exactly. You have to think that Baez has to have something big to back up his OS regarding Roy K. Remember Domenic C. and Hoover were in that area, and everyone was talking about the Anthony's maybe giving them the location thru KC. Wasn't it one of these cast of characters, that had a girlfriend at the jail?

One thing I learned today that I found rather shocking was the story ICA told LA about Zanny and her sister holding Caylee down and stealing her from Casey. When did ICA tell LA this? Was that stated in court today? I had so much happening at home, I couldn't really follow.

When I heard that, I was overcome by the feeling ICA was telling him what she did to Caylee. Held her down by the wrists while she was "taken away" because ICA's a "bad mother." ugh
