Just got in. :( Dammit, why do I always miss the most compelling testimony!

Has she been fake crying this whole time?

Good grief.. I am sick as a dog today... and I am keeping myself awake to watch. I am overwhelmed right now with thoughts of baby Caylee. I pray that she went peacefully, and did not suffer. I hope that she did not know or see what was happening. At this point is it wrong to say that I hope that she did use chloroform on her? Maybe she went to sleep first? God... what day.

I would like to know when they are saying Kronk staged the scene. In December right before it was found? Or back in August? It's pretty darn clear that body was there for a LONG time and that is NOT fresh duct tape, but obviously that tape has been there a long time with the body. What am I missing here? That seems common sense to me.

That scenario is going to get her convicted for sure. That body was never moved. moo Jose is crazy.

Can you tell me how the gallery was able to see the photos...is there a monitor in the courtroom?

PS- I've been in the car most of the day. HLN played the 911 call from 12/11/08...and hearing the operator's anguish (again) just made e cry. Don't think I could have held it together viewing the pics.

Yes, they're up high, so if you see a pic of everyone looking up that's why. That operator showed more care than ICA ever did.

Not only that, why should they care if he kicked the skull all over the woods, if Casey wasn't the one who duct taped her or tossed her remains? They (DT) want to have it all.

I think the crime scene photos- even when they are blurred- makes it obvious that this wasn't placed that way recently. It looks like it has been untouched for some time. This blows many holes in the RK part of the theory. There is no way a juror is going to buy that RK not only set the scene to look like this AND scatter her little bones in a one acre area. Completely unrealistic.

:waitasec: I am wondering WHO ... WHO came up with this "charade" today, for ICA to sit there and PRETEND she is ILL ?

:waitasec: She has NOT even looked at ONE PHOTO !

Today's "acting" made her look SO GUILTY and SO SHAMEFUL !

Doesn't she though? I see no sorrow, no sadness, just her reminding herself to try and look pathetic. I'm so not impressed by her behavior!

Wait until the verdict is read! I cant wait to see her reaction then. Will she be mad or cry?

That will be one heck of a day. She'll probably be shaking her head no.

I'm already finding myself wondering how long the jury will deliberate.

She could have avoided all this...by pleading guilty years ago...great advice her lawyers give her...does she realize they have their own interest in this case...not her best interest....oh ...maybe she could have also avoided this...by not harming her daughter............. ALL MY OWN OPINION...

on cross the defense was trying to point out that the tape was not affixed to the skull/wrapped around it...

but this last witness said it was... the fabric part of the tape was on the skull. The silver part had separated

I'm sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere, but have they established whether or not the tape was put on pre or post mortem?

I have to have my 22 year old feline girl put to sleep some time this week. Very hard emotionally...she's my heart. My vet assured me that they would dispose of her remains at no cost, since we are tight on money right now. I looked at him like he'd just smacked me in the face. I borrowed the money, so that my girl can be cremated and brought home with her "mommy". I would have sold my damned wedding band before I let someone dump my cat god knows where. (no sorry's guys, please...tough subject to even discuss).

My point is this... if I couldn't "dump" my pet somewhere where I didn't feel she was respected in death, how the HELL is this defense team going to convince me that a loving mother of drowning victim just dumped the remains of her 2 year old daughter amongst trash, where she would be scavanged by animals?!

I don't know about another soul on this planet...but I am telling you right here and now, there is NO WAY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH they are EVER going to make me believe this child drown after seeing where her body was found. NO WAY!!

ITA My puppydaughter is my heart. No way could I ever do that either. I would go to the ends of the earth to provide for her.
