I would like to know when they are saying Kronk staged the scene. In December right before it was found? Or back in August? It's pretty darn clear that body was there for a LONG time and that is NOT fresh duct tape, but obviously that tape has been there a long time with the body. What am I missing here? That seems common sense to me.

I am GUESSING they will try to propose that he moved her sometime after August, to a spot he could easily find again, once the reward was no longer just for finding Caylee alive, if that was to happen...at least that is what I am seeing so far. I don't know much about what happened with him (RK) at all, so waiting to see if he comes up again.

but this last witness said it was... the fabric part of the tape was on the skull. The silver part had separated

The one tweet said you could see it clear as day over the mouth and nose. Maybe it just separated in the back or was the front just the underlayer too?

Can you tell me how the gallery was able to see the photos...is there a monitor in the courtroom?

PS- I've been in the car most of the day. HLN played the 911 call from 12/11/08...and hearing the operator's anguish (again) just made e cry. Don't think I could have held it together viewing the pics.

I believe that there's a screen on the side of the courtroom it looks like the gallery has to turn their heads to the side to see the exhibits.

Oh! Thanks for clarifying that! I somehow missed the part where he said the fabric threads were on the skull - I thought he meant they had just pulled apart over time.

I know Caylee was in a better place well before this. Trying to hang on to that thought when we talk about her remains. I'm praying for GA and CA as well today. I remember in Sharon Rocha's book, she said she chose to miss the autopsy photos as well, and my heart just broke for her staying away yet still imagining. I know the Anthonys are probably doing the same.

I'm sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere, but have they established whether or not the tape was put on pre or post mortem?

pre decomp (per opening statement of SA) because the mandible was attached to the maxilla

It's pretty obvious she tried to hide her under that tree. AND now that I know for a fact the tape was over her mouth and nose I agree it must have been the murder weapon. If you were going to fake a kidnapping you would just put it over her mouth.

Yes, and I would also like to add that it wasn't announced that Caylees remains were found... only that remains were found. It was no confirmed that it was Caylees remains (even tho most of us knew) till days later.
