She could have avoided all this...by pleading guilty years ago...great advice her lawyers give her...does she realize they have their own interest in this case...not her best interest....oh ...maybe she could have also avoided this...by not harming her daughter.............:sick: ALL MY OWN OPINION...

She can still plea at any time. Not a plea DEAL,that's gone, but plea guilty and throw herself on the mercy of the court.

Yes, and I would also like to add that it wasn't announced that Caylees remains were found... only that remains were found. It was no confirmed that it was Caylees remains (even tho most of us knew) till days later.

Also didn't she "not react" to a search where they thought they had found remains earlier?

I have a very weak stomach and will vomit at just about anything (perfume, smoke, McDonalds (haven't been in one in years)) and I get very hot before I toss my cookies. I'm usually freezing. I think ICA is trying to make herself vomit for one reason only...take the focus off of Caylee so the jury will feel sorry for her.

She laughed, joked, and flirted her way through gruesome testimony of Caylee's bones these last few months and now she is at the end of the hallway again...the pictures don't lie. She can't lie now so she has to come up with something bigger and better and there you have it, she is cornered with the pictures, she can't lie so she comes up with something better (vomit or passing out). I'll be surprised if she doesn't make a huge scene before the end of the day.

BTW-She is a terrible actress.

ITA My puppydaughter is my heart. No way could I ever do that either. I would go to the ends of the earth to provide for her.

I think every juror who has someone they love in their life is asking themselves would they ever put someone dear to them in a place like that..even in death? And I'm betting the answer is a resounding NO.

Good - maybe she can stay out and sit in a cell where she belongs and people can hear the evidence fairly, without distraction, and try to bring about justice for the dear child Caylee.
