There is this horrid picture in my head...At whatever juncture in this murderous "process" it occurred...ICA with a roll of duct tape, possessed by a raging strength and determination to "end it all", roughly wrapping the child's mouth and nose from back to front, the sound of the tape tearing from the roll, ripping it off. Then beginning again, taping from the bottom of the jaw to the top of the head, gripping the head to steady it so she could finish the "job". The ripping sound of tearing tape... The hair getting caught in the tape...Breathless. Exhausted. Job completed. Done. Done. Done.

I know the SA has this nailed down...but I kinda wish we could send this to them for closing arguments...very powerful discription.

I totally agree! The first quote paints such a vivid picture of Caylees final moments, I would love to hear LDB say this in her closing arguements. There would be no more than a minute required for a unanimous DP verdict.

Numerous times ICA covers her own mouth and nose with her hand, like subconsciously covering her own face with duct tape. Too bad it wasn't her instead the first time.

I watched the "i'm so sick" video and let me say this.....SEVERAL times she was merely covering her mouth when she was talking.....if she was "so" physically ill over the photos (which she has already seen many times) she wouldn't care who heard what she said......her hands weren't trembling....she drank water like there was no tomorrow (THAT alone would make me puke), her chest wasn't blotchy from being upset.....

If ANYTHING she was overwhelmed temporarily d/t the walls were crumbling on her and THAT is ALL she did other than attempt an Academy Award performance....NOT!:banghead:

I found one comment but I think I saw other ones too ..
My neighbor had parasites and Dr said it was from the water.

Someone had made a comment about why bottled water in court room..ect..I am a native Fla gal and let me tell you Fla water can be nasty.. see link below

Never had issue one. Only time we couldn't drink the water was when we moved from Dade to Broward county when I was a kid. Dade county water was fluoridated, Broward was not. My dad worked at the airport for pan am and would fill jugs and bring them home.

personally, I think she got a bad bologna sammich at lunch. It had nothing to do with Caylee and everything to do with "make it stop!"

It makes me think she was able to eat lunch. I wasn't sitting in the court room and it's not my daughter at the heart of this case.....and I couldn't eat today.

Hmmm... My DH just suggested that since the proceedings were cut short today, perhaps court will be in session all day on Saturday.

Is my count off? When I count 55 days backwards from August 9, I come up with June 15, not the 16th. Has this been brought up before?

Mark Nejame on HLN says he thinks chloroform was the COD and the duct tape was used to hold in fluids when decomposition started.
MN thinks the defense has lost all credibility using a shotgun approach - shooting wildly everywhere!!

Just watched the raw vid of ICA getting "ill" today...whoever said kid in nurses office was spot on, imo.

What a crock!

As someone who has had anxiety attacks (thankfully only two in my entire life) I want to say that it did not appear that Casey was having any kind of anxiety attack today. The day she was messing with her hands, I believe during jury selection, I do believe she was feeling the beginning symptoms of an anxiety attack.

When I had my anxiety attacks... I had no control over it. It came on for no reason at all... I literally thought I was having a stroke or a heart attack. It is really scary. The worse your symptoms get, the more panicked you get and the more severe your symptoms get. My hands and legs literally cramped up... my hands were stuck in a claw-like position. My bones literally felt like they were breaking. I felt like electical currents were rushing from the pit of my stomach and up through my body. I could feel my eyes balls pulsating... or shaking uncontrollably.

I do think Casey was feeling ill because she was tired of of it all... she didn't want to sit there and listen to it. The attention was not on her, but that little snot head she threw out into the swamp. She was not upset about the condition of Caylee's remains and how they were found. She was upset because all the attention was once again on Caylee... all anyone cares about is Caylee!!

My suggestion would be to medicate her, strap her to a gurney and roll her into the courtroom! This was her one "phone a friend" lifeline and she called "fake illness."

I heard that too, and thought DUH!

You never go "all in" on a bluff!

do we know yet whether the black bag was in the laundry bag, or was the laundry bag in the black bag(s?)?

She's full of baloney, all right!

Was the Gatorade bottle in the red Disney bag? Anyone know?

Nope, sorry but TLs vehicle was gone over by CSIs and nothing was found that indicated Caylee was in it anytime.

I think the deed was done before TL went to NY. Still want to know who chews Copenhagen tobacco and who owned the pick up truck. TL owned a jeep.

We all have a past and God forbid if I ever happened upon something like this..

I mean I wasn't a criminal but I am on unemployment does that mean I would hide a body for money. I have been married 3xs . ect... I don't know how to say what I am trying tom say but I think You understand my drift.
I really do not believe Kronk had a thing to do with hiding Caylee.

I think RK just knew inside she was out there somewhere... and I will tell you I did google searches of the area before they found the body and there was alot of water and different places so close by but that does not mean I hid the body I just knew she would be found close like so many others are found.
-------------
There were some mentions from various media sources in the early part of the investigation, that were hangouts and pet burial places for KC in those woods when she was a child. Back then I posted that it was a comfort zone for KC.

Whether RK knew something about this case, or not, the natural inquisitive nature of some people is to check stuff out when it appears to be suspect.

I know that is true for myself. As a child, when looking at an old foundation of a cabin that existed in the woods next to our property, I liked to investigate the various artifacts that I found there, such as gloves, bottles, irons, etc. If there was something new that had been placed there, even though "hidden," I'm certain that my attention would have been drawn to it and I would be driven to find out what it was.
