As much as I hate hearing the grotesque details of what happened to Caylee and how she was discovered, if it has to be done IMO the state should go all the way. Tell the jury why there are holes in the garbage/laudry bag....have them hear why her skull was in the dirt next to the bag and not in it....explain why some of her bones are missing. As horrible as it is to imagine, this jury needs to know EXACTLY what happened to Caylee before and AFTER her mother dumped her, so they see that any punishment she recieves will be far less horrendous than what she did to her baby.

So did the DT have an autopsy done? Larry K seemed to be sure the skull was on its side for a long time due to debris settled in left area of skull. I missed the first part of what he said- just wondering if another autopsy was done after Dr G's.

Yes, they did, but I can't remember who did it - they made a big deal of it, though. I think they lost that expert along the way just like the others.

Mark Nejame on HLN says he thinks chloroform was the COD and the duct tape was used to hold in fluids when decomposition started.
MN thinks the defense has lost all credibility using a shotgun approach - shooting wildly everywhere!!

I used to think that too until the hair and death band come out.

Someone posted that the hair found on skull did not have the death band meaning Caylee was alive when the tape was put on her mouth and nose.

Blew my thinking of the reason for the duct tape. It's so hard for me to imagine a Mother doing that to her baby.

I think the cell phone activity was to make sure her folks were still safely tucked away at their jobs. She needed time and had to know they were not on their way home yet. imo

When she was making that frenzy of calls, didn't she call GA? If so, isn't that another stupid mistake by the DT? If he were there supposedly holding Caylee why would she need to call GA?

Once again, today was a delay and a show to pretend she cared about Caylee. Where is the Vodoo Lady? We need to zap her a few more times.

Per the autopsy report the white bag was intertwined within the 2-black garbage bags.

I'm thinking the body was put in laundry bag and then placed in 2-garbage bags.
