As for the fact that we can speculate you are right about that.
but I read less of what seems like speculation and more of what reads like you all got her hung. JMO

Often and I do mean very often, MI (Mental illness) is not diagnosed for a very long time.
I just came from a dinner where a woman of 55 years of age was diagnosed last year and that is after her fifth husband left. She had seen many Doctors.

FYI - My daughter was diagnosed 6 years ago when she was 40 years of age.

THEREFORE, I DO KNOW WHAT I SAY - I took many classes on this topic.
And the largesst organization in USA offered and wants me to teach it.
I realize that most poeple assume that it is easy to diagnose. Not really.

But what does it matter if a group of people with access to most of the evidence see her as guilty in light of that evidence? We don't decide her fate. Nothing we feel about her guilt will impact her fair trial. The evidence looks to some of us like conclusive guilt - to others here as inconclusive. It's all good for debate, IMO. New ideas, different outlooks are great (IMO) as long as they're based on something that makes sense or has evidence or logic going for it.

Lyons loses all credibility when she says there is nothing to tie this woman to the murder of her trial. As Melich said "do you think we are stupid".

It is insulting for her to simply center on the lying as the "proof" by the prosecution.

There is stench from the car, and it is horrendous; I have smelled THAT KIND of stench. All these people have testified to the odor and some of them have nothing to do with LE. I understand the car still smells. Not surprised, the trunk is closed and it is keeping the odor there.

I don't need anything else. That is enough since it disproves the defense's theorty that the body was never in the trunk and was disposed of by George.

We saw KC display her anger at her brother during the Frye hearings. It is okay for her to lie nonstop, but if anyone else dares to lie to her, that is it. She was looking for a chance to use this ridiculous sexual abuse theory and she got it.

This isn't one of Lyon's usual ghetto cases where the defendant has been abused for years and years. It is the story of a girl who was given everything and who had been stealing and lying for years. The only thing going for her defense is she should of had psychiatric help years ago. However, she still knows right from wrong and that will do her in.

But again, Lyons has no problem insulting the entire world if she thinks she can get her client off. It just does not work here, because she does not refer to the stench in the car AT ALL.
