I tuned in briefly and was also shocked at Wendy Murphy. Someone is paying her to say this, that's for sure- she is another one who has done a very obvious 180 on TV. Also, WTH happened to her face? All these lawyers going under the knife to 'improve' their looks ..... something went wrong with hers. The only thing recognizable about her tonight was her voice.... she has even taken to flicking her hair back like Paris Hilton... :crazy:

She has to be part of the defense... She's sitting over on that side and she's not behind the railing... I don't think the public and/or press can sit in front of the railing.

Even so-she is just plain wrong with the date. The defense is using June 16th as the date of the "accident" so she is just coming off as totally uninformed and I hate that she can do shows and write articles for $ and not even have to know the case.

His problem is that the prosecution does not have one single piece of evidence to seal the deal. (i.e. lots of small pieces) But the letter she wrote in jail said she "thinks" her father did something to her, a far cry from regular sexual abuse...

Most single damaging piece of evidence-the defense shifted the burden to themselves...

Dr. Drew just said that bodies leak fluid for a bit. I was with my best friends mother when she passed in Feb. and she did expel fluid from her mouth right at the time of death. It didn't last any past that though. It was a death at home and a nurse was present. We didn't touch her or move her after she passed I don't know what moving her would have done. I shudder at the thought.

I can now understand why the State hasn't presented the tattoo testimony and pics-- it's going to be their version of the heart sticker. It will blow the jury away after they know what happened to Caylee, so thoroughly. imo

Wonder if HHJP will go after the Orlando Sentinal guy, Joe Burbank who is credited. He should in my most humble opinion.

He is the pool photographer that takes all of the pictures in court. It's the responsibility of the different media outlets to pixelate the photos when they receive them, not his.
