The wild scrambling and trampling for seats in the courtroom really bothers me...I think people just want to say they were there. Shows a sickness in society to me...today especially, it was worse, as people seem to be desperate to see the photos... reminds me of the massive crowds at executions in the old days and how they were treated as public entertainment...

I was watching at Mrs. Simms as she "consoled" ICA, but it seems she doesn't really feel any sympathy towards her. I think she feels terrible about Caylee's description at the site of recovery, she must have some sympathy for Caylee, right?

Could it be that ICA wants to work the sick act so well that the Court puts her in another room to continue on closed circuit? She then would not have to constantly avoid meeting the eye of any juror.

I missed most of yesterday and didn't get to follow the trial threads. Last night, I wanted to read them and couldn't find them. Where do they go after the daily trial? I assume they are being put into a different forum. Can someone direct me to where they are please?

IMO, ICA has attempted to distract the jurors from the evidence being presented today. All of this evidence has been presented to the defense as Discovery, so none of it is new info to her (unless JB failed in his job to present it to her).

At what point does HHJP take action to prevent the prejudicial behavior from occurring in front of the jury?

Apparently she has not seen the photos before and Bill S said Baez should have shown them to her even if she refused to see them.
