I wish someone could point that out to the media. NG would take that and run with it. ICA never ceases to surprise me. I would not have believed it except I saw it with my own eyes. thanks for posting link

The credit goes to Dr. Fessel..........he posted the link. I did screen shots of the two incidents and have posted the pictures here on page 38.

One of TL's roommates girlfriends. She came in from out of town and went to Fusion that Fri. June 20th Michelle?
very pretty girl glasses....

Just to keep things straight, I believe that was Troy's gf. The group affiliated with RM and AH. Can't remember her name though.

I didn't hear Lee's testimony so I have to ask, did Lee testify that Casey told that story to Padilla, after Padilla prodded it out of her? That's what Padilla claims. As I said, she never spoke to Padilla.
No she told Lee. Padilla's nephew, Tony, posted here a while back that LP heard the story from Cindy.

I was thinking about Maria K. She was in Orlando prior to Caylee's death.
I did have her confused with Melissa.
There's no Michelle.
My head was spinning! all the friends... or acquaintances. lol

And all the initials to remember in this case makes it touh. It makes my head hurt to try and figure out all the initials we use when we post.

Very good point. This is JMO, but it could be because it was the night of the 15th of June that Cindy and Casey had the fight that JG told police about, or more accurately, he told police what Casey had told him about the fight. So, for the sake of argument, assuming the fight took place, then I can see a very angry, frustrated, jealous Casey leaving the house with Caylee. In a fit of rage Caylee became the victim of her over-the-top anger and jealousy. Would explain the clothes found with the skeleton being the same clothes little Caylee had worn on the 15th. This would also eliminate an "accident" as a cause of death. I think in Florida(lived there for 21 years) premeditated can be a very short time. So, this scenario would explain the clothes found with Caylee's remains, and also fit the murder one charge. JMO

But the jury hasn't even heard a word about a big fight. We here at WS don't even know if the fight is 100 percent true or not. LA told Jesse so it's only hearsay, right?.
No one has asked Lee about the fight when he's been on the stand. Unless JB brings it up, it'll never even come up.

What makes sense to me is, if there was a big fight, and Caylee made her way back to the pool when everyone was busy fighting, and no one was paying attention to Caylee and then the terrible happened - finding that while they were fighting, Caylee had drowned. That would mean everyone was home (not LA cuz he doesn't live there) on June 15 when it happened.
This is what makes the most sense to me by the way the whole family has acted and has literally acted. It's a family script.

On that note, I can no longer see straight. Good night and hopefully good dreams. :seeya:

With all the talk of Casey flipping the bird in that video: I remember Phil Spector doing the same during his court case. Such insolence. And with Cindy appearing to give hand signals to Casey (as Dr Fessel posted in the "What is Cindy doing in Trial?" thread,) and George's insisting that Mr Mitnik was flipping him the bird during his depositon, I have to wonder: What is it with these people and their hand signals?!

I just do not believe CA was in cahoots with the family on any accident/ cover up scenario. Those three 911 calls confirm that for me. You can hear the difference in CA's voice from a po'ed and determined mother on the first call to a desperate Grandmother by the time she made the 3rd call. IMO,of course.

I really like Judge Jeanine. She covered the trial tonight and has a way of explaining things so logically.

Was it said in anyone's testimony recently if there was any residue of chemicals that KC may have used to clean out the trunk? I only remember reading about paper towels. Did anyone say what was on the paper towels?

Woebegone -good points, totally possible. I forgot to add that CA's testimony re:the 15th of June was about watching a tape of the visit that day with Caylee's great-grandfather Plesea. I guess the SA chose not to ask anything more. The only thing that would make me think CA wasn't there if Caylee did drown the evening of the15th was the panic in her voice on the 911 call where she tells the dispatcher that her granddaughter is missing. I do agree that her behavior shortly after the story broke wasdefensiveof Casey. You brought up a totally plausible scenario.

I believe the entomologist said it was decomposition material on the paper towels in the "trash" bag in the trunk.

I agree with everything you said. I used to do the same thing, put clean clothes back, folded or hung up, if they could be reused.

HOWEVER, in this instance, Caylee had spent the day in a Nursing Home, around sick elderly folks. Cindy, being an experienced nurse would most likley have thrown those clothes into the hamper once Caylee took them off.
I would have never taken my toddler to a nursing home and then let her wear those clothes the next day with out washing them thoroughly first. I could believe that Cindy did a load of clothes that evening however. And that could be why the shorts were grabbed off the top of the pile.

For some strange reason, I keep coming back to the night of the 15th, or wee hours of the 16th, as the time of death.

In the hamper rings a bell since Caylee was placed in a hamper bag/liner. Could the shorts have already been there? I'm just wondering aloud here. If there were other clothes, they may not have survived the flood, animals, ravages of time, etc.

As I said, just wondering aloud.

Agreed. But WHY was Casey's face included in the video? Doesn't that possibly lead to some problems? I think her face is more prejudicial than probative since the measurements had nothing to do with her face at all.
I don't know about including Casey, but it was stated in testimony that they used a picture that clearly showed Caylee's teeth. :(
Maybe this was the most toothy Caylee smile they could find. Wonder if they would have taken heat for cropping Casey out...like manipulating evidence?

I don't know if JB objected based on Casey's face being in the photo. If he had, I would think HHJP would have said, go crop the photo and bring this witness back tomorrow.

IIRC Cindy said there was a hamper they used and kept in Caylee's room,to hold the plastic balls from a ball pit. I believe she said it in her depo with the state. I'll go look for a link.

I think the duct tape was used up at the command posts, personally. George was using that tape as innocently and publicly as you can. Someone who had used that duct tape to cover up an accident as first degree murder would have not been carrying that duct tape all around town.

I have no idea. Casey could have tossed out her car window somewhere. What has me wondering is that Casey asked one of her friends (Amy?) if she had any duct tape.
Thanks. Good theories. I thought she probably got chloroform on it, and it went the way of the chloroform container and the rag she used to dose Caylee. I never heard that she asked Amy for duct tape. Thanks for that info.

By then the A's had done yardwork - extensive yardwork. They probably emptied the sand, bleached cleaned the plastic box and replaced the sand by the time the 31 days were up. GA used lyme on the grass (don't ask me all about that, just search for 'lyme' and it should come up). There's a lot more peeps don't know if they are new to reading about the case. The jury will never know these things I'm sure.

Well, that's more or less why I am offering my perspective here, Woe. I know only what the jury knows. My hope is that my thoughts might give others here, who know every detail about this case, some insight into how things might appear to this jury.

I might be wrong, but wasn't it determined that Kronk's supervisor lived only 7 houses down from the Anthony's on Hopespring? If so, the supervisor would have personally witnessed all the media turmoil down his street on a daily basis, and I can imagine there were conversations about Kronk needing to keep his eyes open while Kronk was out doing his job.

Also, as far as FL animals, don't forget the armadillos that are down here. They love bugs and dig and scavenge to get at them. They can be a real pest to your landscaping.

I call them "Armageddons" for just that reason :banghead:

Has Annie Downing been called as a witness yet? Or did I miss it? Thanks!
