Dr. H was a very credible, no nonsense witness who did not feel the least bit intimidated or bothered by the DA's silly meanderings.

Just before Casey Cam stopped, I viewed Casey rapidly rubbing her palms today, while trying to supress a smile. Somethine has excited her very much.

I begin to be concerned that Jose's bumbling non-efforts in this case are gonna be grounds for a new trial. He really is the definition of ineffective to me.

No I copy and pasted the tweets from Wesh. I tried to make sure I included the identifier with the tweet. Sorry for any confusion.

I don't think so. He is just the mouth of the group. There are a lot of lawyers over there to go down like that. It would take a big mistake for a new trial, or a hung jury.

Ya kknow...I used to have a rubber brick a time ago to throw at the tv during UGA and GA Tech games....we are a divided household...wonder where it is...it would be better than throwiing my shoes at the tv and trying to miss.:rocker:

I like the koosh balls from gumball machines myself. I throw them at the wall. (Need the t.v. and computer, no throwing at those.)

wftv commentators talking about the insect evidence showing that it was Caylee's body in the trunk and it wasn't Roy kronk carting her around, it was there on Suburban from the early days until it was disarticulated by animals

impact to jurors was immediate, what kind of monster does that?

the woman said she's seen it before when Lee said she said she's a spiteful b****, 8-9 jurors looked at her

Totally OT: Does it bug anyone else that KC gets to wear normal clothes?? I think she should have to sit there in her orange jumpsuit or whatever else she has to wear in jail. I suppose that's not really fair, but it bugs me.

No, it is standard in lengthy trials or any horrible trials for the defendant to wear street clothes, if someone will provide them.
