Totally OT: Does it bug anyone else that KC gets to wear normal clothes?? I think she should have to sit there in her orange jumpsuit or whatever else she has to wear in jail. I suppose that's not really fair, but it bugs me.

Once she is convicted she will have to wear prison garb at the penalty phase of the trial.

Who is RA?

IMo that's a strange way to put it. If she was innocent she could say, "realize that I didn't do it" or "realize that I'm innocent".
Instead, "innocence is a big factor here"???

Isn't innocence a big factor in any trial, as it's what the jury must presume and the prosecution must rule out by evidence, and the defense attempts to prove?

I find her way of writing very odd, and filled with nearly all lies. RA=Robyn A. (an inmate that Casey wrote letters to)

:tyou: Donjeta for transcribing today too!

:yourock:

oh yes! Thank you, thank you, to all the transcribers and posters. My need for a break doesn't always coincide with the court breaks and this is how I am able to keep up.

Thank you!:clap::clap::clap:

Someone posted this; and I got caught with my fingers in the door. Ouch.

I believe I have just figured this out. The smell of decomp is coming from a towel used to mop up the melting juices from the frozen meat Casey stole from her mother's refridge that day to feed Tony. Remember when he picked her up at the lot she handed him bags of the food.

There is simply too little time between when Casey left home and left her car for any decomp to have created such a stench. She left home with Caylee, killed her or accidently killed or found her dead, brought her home to wrap her up...why the duck tape...who knows and then dumped her in the woods.

The smell came from decomposing chicken, beef.....

Caylee was not in the car more than a few hours.....events prove that no matter what these scientists say.

I understand your scepticism. But I disagree. I think she was killed at home, and put in the trunk of the car. I found a couple of scientifical sites that stated that a body starts decomping between 24 - 36 hours. Like I said before, my nose can recognize my favorite perfume on anyone. Because I've been wearing it for years. I assure if Dr. Vass has been doing tests on decomposing bodies for years, he'd be able to recognize the smell as well.

I value the opinion of experts, who pretty much spend decades at universities earning various degrees, then experimenting in laborties, studying bodies decomposing. Seriously, if you can't value the opinion of an expert regarded as such by the judge, then who's can you??

Oh gosh, thank you Baez - you really are the gift that keeps on giving.

Did anyone screen cap Baez words of the day for the spelling bee?

Who in their mind attacks someone on the stand about fiscal matters when they have not paid a bill to that witness? I feel off my chair lolling, seriously :)

I particularly enjoyed how Dr. H got the comment in for the jury to hear that he had not been paid by defence yet.

Anyone have the link with Bill S and Kathi B talking? Every time I go after trial it just video only plays when Court in process, so I am missing a subcategory.

TIA!

From the previously closed thread-just moving over here! :seeya:

Why did ICA look away from this "fly over"? Here is my theory:

She KNOWS that Saturday's are generally half day. She had not struck a waif pose in quite some time and she knew the Jury would soon be leaving for the day.

She wanted to leave them with the waif-O-matic visual before they left.

Speaking of how organized GA is, does anyone know if he's a Virgo? The way he does things reminds me of my husband. He has ancient gas cans and would "salvage" a gas can by placing something over that vent hole as well. Behavior like that is definitely a Virgo trait. Lol, I wonder if that fact could be admitted into court.
