:floorlaugh:
You have to laugh at his nerve, if nothing else.
He was paid handsomely by Media IIRC. Something NONE of the prosecution staff or witnesses have done as far as I'm aware...

And many of his expert witnesses have fallen by the wayside.....guess he did not pay enough to get them to say what he wanted. Dr. Haskell was brilliant to point out he was still waiting to get paid by the defense ! :great:

I think the state opted not to put Roy Kronk on the witness stand after JB's opening statement. The state now knows that JB is going to somehow try to implicate Roy Kronk in moving/concealing Caylee's body. By putting him on the witness stand the state would have opened him up to a cross examination by the defense and the defense would seize the opportunity to muddy the waters.

I think the defense will be putting Roy Kronk on the witness stand during their case and it's going to get ugly!

That was my thinking as well.

However, I have listened to every bit of the testimony in this trial. I recall quite well the anthropologist who collected the bones stating that the vertebra was found some distance from the skull (probably due to animals having dragged the spine there while it was still connected to soft tissue), and that all those little bones were found in the same place. Some distance from the skull and the bags the body had been stored in.

I hope JB plans to prove to me that Roy Kronk is a whiz when it comes to human anatomy, because he would have to be to know how to place all the right bones, all in the same place.

Trident - I think you're spot on and I believe there are jurors that will feel the same way.

I, too, believe she's guilty. But I'm concerned that the state has not YET provided enough evidence towards motive. Jurors, imo, will have a hard time sentencing someone to death without reasoning why. Sure she partied, and manipulated and lied about everything, but every single person on the stand who knew her said she was genuine with the child, never lost her temper with Caylee, showed a loving nature towards her, their relationship was incredible, blah blah blah.

Party pics are damaging. But she's been partying since Caylee was born and never killed her before. Heck, she even got away with having no job all that time....imagine...never even had to pay rent. The state's got to drive home the trigger for Caylee's demise. I wonder if they plan to ask Jesse about that fight between Cindy and Casey on the 15th? As a juror, I'd want a pattern of neglect or something towards that child to show she wanted that sweet child out of her life.

In all her of superficial relationships they thought she was a good mother.. ie with other girls who she hung out with...
But, her own mother was the one at home with her, with Caylee, and she called her an unfit mother multiple times. Now I can't imagine anyone ever saying those words unless they were deadly serious. Not only did Cindy say them, she told friends and work colleagues she had been advised to take custody of Caylee by a Mental Health counselor, so ICA must have been neglectful of her over a long time for a professional to advise such a course of action.

"Not stopping. And the whole time telling God he couldn't have her. Not this way. Not at this time. And I was determined to bring her back to me."

As for the pool ladder:

"Going in this week's garbage, because of the fear that it installed."

Just sayin' --By the way, she spent time in the hospital after. She was not breathing when he found her.

Being a devil's advocate here, I followed the Lacy Peterson case fairly closely, but what was the evidence that specifically tied Scott to the crime --- I don't recall a smoking gun with that case either.

What does the State have to prove- motive, means and opportunity - if the shoe fits...

oh but Doc... just for *****s and giggles, who else had a set of keys to the car? GA I do believe.

No one but Casey had that car in her possession from the day she left the house until it was recovered at the tow yard. Had they been able to catch up with her CA would have seized it well before then, once she got frustrated with all her excuses, just to get Caylee back home...

Why would there have to be prior abuse? A lot of children that were killed by their own parent had not been abused by said parent. They,in their own mind, simply wanted to get rid of what was no longer USEFUL in their life.

This is exactly what the jury needs to hear! I am hoping they bring on the coworkers and mental health counselor who advised this. I also hope they can get the guy on the stand (can't remember name) who was told by Cindy that Casey was a sociopath! Any and all of this testimony is crucial imo.

I am convinced that Cindy is communicating with the Defense new attorney Lisabeth F. -- to convey messages to the Inmate. It looks to me like Cindy is making movements to catch the attention of Lisabeth while the other attorneys are at sidebar, and Cindy seems to signal something with her left hand that looks like a gesture for the #2 or #1 -- maybe to alert Lisabeth that Cindy has sent her a text or IM on her laptop? It is definitely a deliberate hand motion of some type.
I do not believe that the Inmate ever makes eye contact with Cindy.
I believe Cindy is communicating with Lisabeth F and Sims - maybe when Cindy thinks she has something important to interject about the current testimony? The previous video in this series for June 11, 2011, witness Ron Murdock is talking about the photos of the Anthony garage and sheds and KC and Caylee bedrooms .... so, I'm sure Cindy thinks she had something important to relay to the Inmate's defense team.

That may well be. Sure do hope it isn't going by unnoticed by the court.

But WHY would CA and ICA be communicating now? Casey refused visits from CA, even just days before the jury selection began. :waitasec: Is CA passing "notes" with things for Baez to say/not say?

Interesting. Do you think he HAD gas in his shed, or that it was not locked? IIRC, the shovel was hanging on the wall of the garage. Do you know if he even HAD a shed? Do you think he would leave his garage unlocked, if he didn't have a shed? Where did he keep the imaginary gas?

From what I remember of his testimony, he had to get the shovel out of the SHED. After he showered and saw she had returned it, he put it in the GARAGE rather than walk out back to the shed.

Yeah that is how I remember it. Even the picture of the shovel in the garage shows it sitting on the floor and not on an imaginary hook. I remember George even saying he went over and warned the neighbor about the gas theft so I sort of figured the neighbor was like most normal home owners and had gas stored for his lawn mower.

Also the shifty eyed younger attorney, he passes the cell phone under the table when he sits near KC, one time it was not low enough. Watched the pass, the KC reading, and the pass back. It was in the 1st week of trial. I have no idea what is going on. I am sure the Judge is aware and can only be concerned with the most important actions. Since KC is not on the stand and handed a cell phone, ipad, blackberry, etc... there is only so much one person can call out or be watchful of at a time.

I think KC hid the bigger canvas laundry bag in the garbage bag as an out of sight, out of mind tactic because CA would have asked where the smaller one of the two was.

imo

Did KC use the smaller bag because she knew CA rarely used that one? Or, did CA never use the laundry bags, and had bought them for KC's use?

It would be very interesting to know about CA's use or non-use of those laundry bags.

How coincidental is it that a mother who has been labeled a socio/psychopath by umpteen professionals just happens to have a 2-year-old daughter who went missing and didn't report it for 30+ days (and then only because she was forced to), only to find the chlid dead 15 houses from their own house in some woods that the mother use to play in as a child..... So, if Casey didn't kill Caylee, is her label as a socio/psychopath still warranted????

Oh what a tangled web we weave.....

I believe a body was in there, probably Caylee, but I see no proof Casey put it there. Proof being the operative word. Casey was not the only person who had access to that car trunk. Is it possible GA, LA, the guy next door put it there? I really don't know who put it there, or when, except for the 2.6 day thingee which I can't find right now.

The hair with the deathband in the trunk came from ICA,CA or Caylee. The first two are still alive.
There's no video of anyone putting sweet dead Caylee in the car so I guess the defense wins.
I'm giving myself a TO.

I suppose there are people who need the smoking gun (a confession, a photo of the perp actually committing the crime) and then there are people who look at the totality of evidence and see that 2+2=4. I guess the question is what kind of people are on that jury.

Interesting. Does anyone know if non-press, non-attorneys and the like are allowed to bring cell phones into the court? I ask because we are not allowed to bring phones into courts here. None of the courts here allow it. No spectator phones and no phones for people who are going to court itself. Just lawyers, judges, police officers, etc and media.

the Inmate intentionally shoots the "F.U." finger for the cameras, with her attorney's laughing support and assistance on April 1, 2011, and again on May 10, 2010 along with her attorney making the same hand gesture, and again on March 3, 2011

I think this is a big clue to Casey's personality. She clearly does not deem what she did to her daughter anything that warrants a trial and feels she shouldn't be punished in any way for killing another person. Her attitude mocks the court. She really is a very sick and demented person. Probably more than we could even guess.

Well, if that's the case someone should make the the court aware of it. If it's about the case, she's violated the judge's orders. I don't care what side she's on, this should not be allowed.

ICA's activity on June 17th., the day after Caylee allegedly drowned in the family pool. Edited to add my opinion in red.
Original thread http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=73225&page=5

June 17 Neighbor BB sees Casey backing her white car into the Anthony's garage. Earliar in the day.
No phone activity until 10:52 am – at TonE apt.(I believe this is about the time that ICA checked on Caylee in the trunk of her car and found her dead.) 2:29 pm - Anthony home (or Lee's)-2:29 called Ricardo, 2:44 called TonE, 2:45 called Clint, 3:15pm- Facebook msg'd Amy "can't wait to get you moved in". 3:31PM...downloaded Father's day pics to laptop. 3:53PM-text to TonE. 4:04PM-call to TonE. 5:20PM...called 9899#...Chris S. security gate maybe? 5:20PM-8:38PM...no cell activity...Chris S. states Casey there in dark Grand Cherokee.
Casey's phone pinged near Blanchard park at 5:20. (I believe she was looking for a place to dump Caylee's body)
Then it went silent from 5:23 until 8:23pm.
8:23 pm - cell pings near AL's apt until past midnight into the next day. Texts: Amy to KC-What is your address? I'm going to the post office to do a change of address in a little bit. KC to Amy- 11:28 AM 4937 Hopespring Drive Orlando FL 32829. Amy: Thanks! KC: 11:30 AM Anytime love!...
Casey just popped into Chris Stutz house to say hi for 2 hours—no Caylee. Casey has TonE jeep and said her car broke down. They talked about Casey parents pending divorce George having a gf; Casey and her mom where moving buying a house near the dump off of Curry Road. (I believe ICA considered dumping Caylee body at the dump but she's not smart enough to know that the dump is closed after business hours and locked.)

No phone activity 5:23pm to 8:23pm -we can surmise Casey was with Chris on June 17.
Casey adds pic to her Photobucket account - pic of her and TonE, photo by Teddy Pieper, at Fusian. (The one with KC and TonE / Rosary pic.
KC on a computer somewhere. Casey wrote to Amy at 3:15pm cheer up me lady! i love you and can't wait to finally get you moved in….
