Tell me about it...seeing a sociopath in action is a mighty scary thing...there really is no telling what they may do.
Everyone speaks of Casey being such a wonderful mother...who do they think REALLY took care of Caylee and provided for her? In public, I don't doubt that she was "wonderful"...but we have all seen what lies beneath. Her behavior in the jail house videos speaks volumes. Caylee who?

I agree, I'm sure Casey put on a big show of being a great mom in front of her friends, because that's what she wanted her friends to think she was. At home was likely an entirely different story.

Sworn testimony says the smell did not follow the garbage bag. How come, it had the paper towels with grave wax on them inside it.

Quick answer is that adipocere doesn't necessarily have a smell, just as other waxy items may or may not have a smell. It depends on what stage of decomp it's in, and of course, how much adipocere was actually present.

Possibly as someone posted earlier, ICA used the excuse of taking TL's trash out to the dumpster for an excuse to check inside her trunk; saw the fluids & used some paper towels to wipe it up with. Threw them in TL's trash bag, stuffed it in her trunk in an attempt to explain the stench that was starting to come from the remains of Caylee.

Yes I agree that is what happened. But everyone said the trash just smelled like trash not like the trunk even though it had the paper towels with grave wax in them. To me the trash should have been just as bad as the trunk.

I think the state is showing motive. Could there be anyone on the jury who doesn't see that Casey wanted to party and live 'the good life" and that Caylee was standing in her way?

I think the motive is very clear and it has nothing to do with the relationship between Cindy and Casey - it was all about Casey's selfishness.

Yes, I think that's exactly it too. So I guess that is a motive. I never believed it was Cindy, Tony, or a fight. I do think it was just Casey's "me, me, me" attitude.

I think you're right in indirectly proving this motive with their presentation of the evidence so far.

I just can't imagine anyone ever calling someone an Unfit Mother unless they were very seriously neglectful of that child. Words like that can never be taken back. ICA had to be a lazy slug at home; while she was out with friends it was all photo opportunity parenting... we do know she could not wait to get rid of her as soon as she was born, she conned RG into babysitting for her all day while she 'worked'- and he was doing his own business out of his home while doing that for her. She conned her friend into babysitting days until she found out there was no job and she had been taken... IIRC when RG gave her an ultimatum she came up with Zanny. At that point I think she started sedating her and leaving her in her car or just dragging her to parties and sleepovers...
there was no way ICA was going to miss a good party just because she was a Mother.

You would probably want to know, but would you have a hard time convicting if you didn't know the reason for the crime. Or what if you didn't believe the reason?

the girl they were talking about, Kissh, was a friend of TL's group.
She's the one that claims KC was not watching Caylee carefully enough and that Caylee had been out on the balcony.

Troy's old gf lives up in Boston now and testified. She's the one who said all was going well with KC but KC made that comment about being a good liar.

My recollection of the pretty girl with the glasses who testified about Caylee running around without supervision was that her name was Melissa English.

But maybe I mangled her name? IS there a Melissa English?

Which body fluids do you think should have been in the trunk and tested for DNA? We know that she had duct tape over her nose and mouth, so no fluids would have escaped. She was wearing a pull up diaper, so no urine or feces.
There was no sign of blood in the trunk...
Re the Smell- that was transported in a piece of car trunk liner, inside a can.
When Dr Vass opened it he jumped back two steps- he has been smelling human decomposition for a couple of decades now and he knows what it is...

I remember when I was potty training my son I would put a pull up on him only at bedtime... or if we were going to be gone away from a toilet for a long peroid of time. Was Caylee potty trained? At almost 3, I would think she wouldn't always be running around in a pullup. Did she? ITA with the other poster who said that they wished they had a timeline of Caylees first 2 (sadly only) 2 years

I posted this awhile ago, but when did LE retrieve the garbage from the tow yard.

I thought the man who testified for Johnson's said he threw the garbage over the fence and went back to retrieve it the next day and it was gone.

Also -- I was positive GA and tow man said only one white bag of garbage.

I am convinced that Cindy is communicating with the Defense new attorney Lisabeth F. -- to convey messages to the Inmate. It looks to me like Cindy is making movements to catch the attention of Lisabeth while the other attorneys are at sidebar, and Cindy seems to signal something with her left hand that looks like a gesture for the #2 or #1 -- maybe to alert Lisabeth that Cindy has sent her a text or IM on her laptop? It is definitely a deliberate hand motion of some type.
I do not believe that the Inmate ever makes eye contact with Cindy.
I believe Cindy is communicating with Lisabeth F and Sims - maybe when Cindy thinks she has something important to interject about the current testimony? The previous video in this series for June 11, 2011, witness Ron Murdock is talking about the photos of the Anthony garage and sheds and KC and Caylee bedrooms .... so, I'm sure Cindy thinks she had something important to relay to the Inmate's defense team.

O.M.G! At the 2:04 or so, after removing her glasses, CA DEFINITELY is sliding her index finger over her nose in a signal. WHO makes THAT gesture at the bridge of the nose randomly? I do not believe in conspiracy theories, but THAT was a signal. But for what?

Chilly Willy - ever watch the TV show Lie to Me? Of course this is fiction but the interesting part of this show is they flash back to real life 'liars' caught in the act of lies and deceitful and sometimes criminal behavior.

The facial clues are fascinating and so telling. The value at looking at these real life confirmed liars. Seeing the lies in ICA's face is very telling and also think that was very evident with CA also.
