I think they didn't want to look like they were supporting or defending against the DT theory any more p[than they had to in their CIC. If the defense disputes this, the cell phone pings will be rebuttal for sure.

That is what I am thinking. I think they planned to use them during their case in chief until the defense made their opening statement. With the opening statement, they need to defense to lay out their case so they can dismantle it with the cell phone pings.

Why they didn't put on cell phone records to prove GA was no where near the house or near ICA at the time of Caylee's alleged drowning.

Because JB didn't commit to an actual time of drowning IIRC. Could have been the morning or afternoon, he left it open which in itself made the whole scenario look like a lie. People who work evenings like GA did, check the clock all day to make sure they have enough time to do whatever and get ready for work. I know I do.

I'm so hoping Tim Miller takes the stand somewhere in this case. I'm thinking the state might save him for rebuttal. After the defense tries to claim that Caylee's remains were moved and placed there after KC was in jail, the state might put TM on the stand to refute that claim.

I actually have almost no short term memory and a crazy accurate long term memory so this would be true in my world big time. I have brain damage.

No offense, but that is generally untrue for people without such a condition. The brain routinely moves information from active to passive storage (short and long term) over time. People vary greatly in their capacity for each of those things. However, the ability to discern informaton accurately is an entirely different manner. Most people remember things in ways that conflate actual occurrence and associated thoughts that may or may not have occurred at the moment. There is a wide body of literature on memory and our ability to rely upon it. That body does not support the idea of memory "improving" over time.

I don't think her mouthing I Love You is wrong... ICA is her daughter. And she might be sentenced to death in the very near future. Her emotions must be at a constant struggle.

Never would I stop loving my child...even if she was ICA..but I would never in any way support her in her efforts to evade the punishment for the horrible crime she perpetrated. Love is not enabling your child to evade consequences...when did that become the cultural definition of love in our country. My Grandparents would have called LEO on my behind and never supported me in any way...and then sent a card to death row on my birthday and the birthday of my child asking me if I remember the life I took and what I stole from everyone.

"I love you?" Seriously!? What does Cindy expect? That when this is all is over, they're all going to go back to the way it all was, remember Caylee acting like it wasn't Casey who killed her? I do not believe in unconditional love. Sometimes husbands/parents/brothers/daughters do things that are just so unexplicable evil and cruel that it kills all love. Now I admit, I'm not in her shoes, so I might be wrong here but I cannot for the LIFE OF ME, after seeing and hearing all that has been presented in this case, all the cruelty that was done to Caylee, understand saying "I love you" to the person who took her life. At her murder trial!
