Sunny Hostin is saying she wouldn't have let in the heart sticker residue and video (skull) evidence in. She says he's head and tails about Strickland. Case became streamlined once Perry because assigned to the case. Doesn't think the judge is pro prosecution.

Regarding Cindy saying she never saw that shirt. I've always thought that Cindy originally said that in her depo when she was still on ICA's side, you know, before ICA aimed the bus at the family, in an effort to distance ICA from what was found at the remains site. I think the shirt was in the A house.

Let's see, Strickland, Perry...of course they are pro prosecution. The evidence the SA have presented is pretty damning and the DT said they can't prove an accident. She should've taken a plea. IMO

So we know for sure Casey had the "Big Trouble" shirt since March when that photograph was taken at Ricardo's. Where the hell was she keeping it so Cindy did not see it for minimum, 3 months?
We all know Cindy was all over Caylee's room (and probably Casey's when she wasn't home). Cindy testified she never saw the shirt and Casey sat there motionless. She did not shake her head when Cindy said the first time she saw the shirt was in her deposition.

Where was Casey hiding that shirt?

maybe casey thought cindy would say- thats not a very nice saying on her shirt so she just avoided arguing with cindy? yet, i thought pics were in the home with this shirt on

I know that would be nice, but I don't think so. ICA externalizes all blame. I believe she is a sociopath, and thus has no sense of guilt regarding any of her actions. The best anyone can hope for is knowing that she will seethe with anger and self-pity - if they are hoping for her to suffer for what she's done by self-loathing, that's just not going to happen.

I agree .Caylee was an IT to ICA. She feels nothing ,as evidenced in the Blockbuster video. She rationalizes and justifies her actions. Beyond herself,nothing else matters. No haunting,no remorse.I think she even makes up some wonderful life for herself in the jail.
People are following her like a rockstar :loser: She makes friends with some of the guards (per the letter contraband with other inmates). :banghead:
She still loves her tattoo. :sick:

I believe it's a guy thing. The jeans shorts were actually the plaid shorts they found at the scene. The pink shirt was right on. Just sayin, guys don't notice detail, just basics. Were the sunglasses found in the Pontiac?

I want the defense to explain how Caylee was wearing a backpack, blanket, shorts, shirt, pullups, and EVERYTHING that was found when she accidentally drowned.

I still maintain that they did a huge amount of damage to themselves with their opening statements. The more I think about it, the more incredulous I am about it.

LOL. Another case is before the court. With a different Judge. It appears to be another murder case, and they are going over verdict forms.

Its the James Ray trial....the 3 people killed in the ...ugh I cant think of the word...steam wigwam....lol...I cant think of it...err

OT: I just checked out the flight schedules (Delta) for Dr. Spitz' trip to Orlando (DTW to MCO). Several morning non-stops (Thursday) and afternoon/evening non-stops (Saturday).
