I posted this link yesterday but I still don't know what they're referring to.
Did the SA bring up a missing duffle bag yesterday. What do we know about it...it sounds like it was a new revelation.

Convicted felons, in my opinion, don't have the best credibility in the world.

Neither do Casey or Baez.

There would have to be clear-cut, hard evidence for me to believe anything the defense team has to say, after their opening arguments.

These are the same people who would have the Judge & Jury believe that George Anthony conspired to conceal his grand-daughter's dead body instead of simply calling 911.

They also want the Jury to believe that Roy Kronk stole the decomposing body of a 2 year old, and hid her away for months, in hopes of collecting a reward.

Please.

Someone just trying to insert himself in the case? We've seen it before.

The tweet says GA called the day before Cindy called about Caylee missing so this case had not even made it to the media yet.

There has to be another reason for the call. Maybe this guy was a friend of ICA and GA called him to see if he could find ICA????????????

This bothers me to NO end!
I haven't seen anything here that was offensive... just posters pointing out how cute Judge Perry& Dr. Vass are when they say certain things.. and I agree.. they're adorable ♥ But I also agree there's no value in reposting it over and over and over. We're all aware of it... let's move on.

Someone actually went as far as making a Twitter account under Dr. Vass's name (they did Yuri Melich too) and they're posting as if they were Dr. Vass and actually posting phonetically like -"I used a twipple-sorbent twap"
Which had me so mad I wanted to break my computer. I tried reporting it to twitter, but they won't act until the person being impersonated themselves contacts them. :banghead:

Well let me say this. As we are getting alerts or find the posts they are removed. So I guess the mods are doing a great job of keeping the offensive remarks from the forum in a very timely manner.

We just need to move on from this distraction and deal with the case.

There is not much difference from a 24 mo and 3T anyway. Unless she was a very big girl, imo, she could wear either. I don't think she was chubby at 2 1/2 years old and 3 might have even been a little big.

My son is 5.5 and wears shorts that are size 3 and size 4. Depends on cut/style and with shorts you can get away with a smaller size - especially now that all those clothes have adjustable waists that you take in and let out.

ICA probably changed Caylee's clothes right after she died, as her little body eliminated matter in her colon and in her bladder. ICA probably used whatever she had at hand in her car, or acquired some money somewhere to buy some clothes.

In light of the trunk smell - I just don't think ICA would have bothered cleaning Caylee up. I think it would have been more a "serves her right!" situation. I think the shirt was her passive-aggressive commentary on how she viewed Caylee. And kept it out of CA's awareness. It was her personal "kick me" sign on her back.

But I agree the shorts were probably just a matter of convenience.

Okeydokey -- let's get this straight -- hang on. The defense will now entertain the following scenario:

So Vascodegama, fresh from his circumnavigation of the globe, receives a call from GA thirty days after the "accidental drowning", owing to GA's great respect for the former's expertise in all things related to kidnapping.

Now, this could only mean that GA intended to frame poor ICA! And I'm sure we'll hear precisely how he knew that CA would locate ICA the following day... that should be interesting, since neither of them knew where she was and had their son actively looking for her. But apparently, the Criminal Mastermind known as GA intuitively realized (using his extraordinary powers of criminal deduction) that they would locate ICA the next day, and thus sought out the help of a consultant in order to begin (apparently) his plan to frame his daughter for a kidnapping so that his "secret" would remain safe relative to the sexual abuse with ICA.

But wait! Yes, it's true that the so-called "experts" called by the State have testified that little Caylee's body was in its final resting place for the entirety of the thirty days prior to this unlikely call for expert consultation, and there is no evidence of tampering (to include duct tape, or the strategic placing of garbage and laundry bags) re the body, and thus the "kidnapping" scenario seems, at first glance, nonsensical and entirely inconsistent with the facts. But this is because all of us have been had by the greatest criminal mastermind of our time.

GA only wants us to believe that he was attempting to set up a kidnapping scenario, hence his consultation with the well-known world explorer. In reality, he was attempting to set up a murder scenario and leave his daughter holding the bag. We will all understand this when we hear about how Vascadegama suggested that the duct tape would be a "nice touch," and how GA also got the idea of the bags from him as well.

As to that pesky forensic stuff, we will simply have to rely on our own "common sense" in arriving at a reasonable conclusion. Who in the world would fail to realize that this was all a carefully orchestrated plot, masterminded by the evil GA? There is, after all, no evidence pointing toward the defendant.

Just an observation/opinion on my part.....

Has anyone else besides me noticed the physical similarities between ICA and Melissa Huckaby? (MH killed Sandra Cantu and placed her in a suitcase and threw it in a retention pond in CA)

I guess it is because ICA's hair has grown long but while watching the trial today, I thought to myself, "Dang,!!! She looks more like MH every time I see her!"

They talked about it with cindy on the stand. She said that picture was kind of blurry. :innocent: but it looked like one they had. Thats when she was dancing around.
