JA was saying he was concerned for the jury. He didn't want them to have to come in for only a few minutes to enter the cans. He said he could do it Thursday morning instead of today. CM was very rude at the idea, and said something to the effect of, "The state has to rest or not rest. I'm not saying anything until they do!" So JA simply said, "Fine, I'll do in in the morning."

So it's the DT's fault the jurors have to come in today for what 10 min? Is that right?

ZsaZsa: I have a friend who was a court clerk in a county where Mason tried a number of cases (Seminole County) and she has said he was always extremely polite and courteous with everyone outside the courtroom.

My husband had an opportunity to meet CM a couple of months ago and said he seemed to be a nice guy, funny, and the kind of person my husband said "he would hang out and have a beer with." Go figure!

He has also had a stellar reputation in this area. I expected way more out of him on this case.

If the state rests this a.m., and the DT argues its motion after that, why would they wait until tomorrow for the DT to start its CIC? Seems like such a waste of time.

TIA

As much as I hate to give them anything, I wouldn't say it was their 'fault'. It is because of them they have to come in, but that is their strategy I guess and can't really hold it against them. Even though I don't like it. CM also didn't have to be rude about it.

So, where did ICA have to go? She came in. Straightened and tucked then ducked back in her holding room.

Does anyone know that since those Photobucket pics were accepted via stipulations from both sides yesterday... will we get to see those once they are recorded as evidence? I am very interested to see what the State brought in.

Anyone else think Ashton probably goes over and raises Casey's chair back up after she leaves court just to watch her lower it the next day? LOL LOL

DT said yesterday that their first witnesses were from out of state and their travel plans could not be changed. Odd, because many were thinking their first witnesses would be the A's.

Just read a tweet posted on wesh blog that says all attorneys, casey & court reporter are behind closed doors, presumably w/Judge Perry.
