I don't think anyone can wear gloves when applying duct tape. I am still curious about how the tape was cut. I am betting that the steaknife from the kitchen was the method. Sure wish CA didn't take the knife from the vehicle and wash it...:banghead

If ICA left the steaknife in the car, I wonder if she left the tape in it also.

I use a lot of duct tape in one of my hobbies. It tears by hand pretty easily and I have small (non-murderous) hands. I never cut it because it sticks to the blade and is a real PITA.

That part (her fixing her pony) always sticks out to me too. She was a little lady. So sweet. Justice is coming Caylee. You will be able to RIP.

When I saw the photograph of the hair mass recovered from the crime scene with roots growing through it, I saw our Caylee in that little untouched light brown curl at the bottom. :innocent:

If the DT doesn't put ICA on the stand, then some of the facts they asserted in their opening statement will not be supported by any evidence whatsoever. The sole source would be the DT attorney questions and argument. They promised the jury these facts would be before them to consider. If ICA does not testify, then the prosecution will ask for a special instruction that DT attorney statements are not evidence and cannot be considered to support the DT theory of a pool drowning.

I pray she takes the stand . I cannot wait for her to be confronted with her lies!

Themis , do you have any insight as to why the State didn't include more evidence in their CIC? The photobucket ,the Everybody Lies,Everybody Dies, RD stating ICA never talked about Caylee when she was out on bond. TM.......

I don't know what I will do when CJBP denies this motion, and JB comes back and says he isn't ready for tomorrow - Because he didn't think CJBP would deny their motion! :giggle:

I found this on youtube whenever DT makes me crazy I am playing it to calm down.

I had to leave for work this morning. Did we ever find out why they were all in Judge's quarters early morning?

I bet ICA says the dumbest things at the table to the lawyers. They probably all thinks shes nuttso.

After the denial:

So we know for sure Casey had the "Big Trouble" shirt since March when that photograph was taken at Ricardo's. Where the hell was she keeping it so Cindy did not see it for minimum, 3 months?
We all know Cindy was all over Caylee's room (and probably Casey's when she wasn't home). Cindy testified she never saw the shirt and Casey sat there motionless. She did not shake her head when Cindy said the first time she saw the shirt was in her deposition.

Where was Casey hiding that shirt?

Well that morning was a waste. Standard procedures that could have been done in a few minutes. I like HHJP, but he was never going to give the direct acquittal. Of course I'm glad he got the case law on record that he used for his decision...dot all those "I's" judge!

WHEW!!! ZOMG, I have SUCH a tension headache....thank you, Judge Perry, for your wisdom and common sense!! w00t!

ICA didn't look concerned -
IMO An innocent person would be upset about this
