So we know for sure Casey had the "Big Trouble" shirt since March when that photograph was taken at Ricardo's. Where the hell was she keeping it so Cindy did not see it for minimum, 3 months?
We all know Cindy was all over Caylee's room (and probably Casey's when she wasn't home).

Where was Casey hiding that shirt?

In the trunk. IMO

At Zanny's house of course. LOL

In all seriousness, I think it was in the backpack or in the car- most "diaper bags" have a change of clothes in them. The bigger question is does this change where she killed Caylee since she got clothes out of the trunk or car?

Gotta love HHJBP - this is why he doesn't get overturned. He showed that he carefully considered the Defense's argument and took the time to get it all on the record. Beautiful.

ICA didn't look concerned -
IMO An innocent person would be upset about this

I think ICA is enjoying her drama being played out.....doesn't want it to end. She's enjoying the attention. IMO

I don't know about that. Any good defense team would have told their client that, despite their argument, the Direct Acquittal is nearly always denied. I'm guessing she knew it was going to be denied, so she goes about denying everything else and figuring she'll get out of it one way or another.

I was just thinking that earlier. She really is short and lowering the chair would be easier on her knees and feet.

It saves my back too, nothing like sitting with your feet dangling and having it pull out your sciatica! OUCH!

who's that on your arm CM.... what NO ONE?

CA is off to script the second half of her fantasy play. She doesn't want this to end. If it did she would no longer be the center of attention with all her knaves huddled around her. She is loving all this attention. jmo

I don't know.they probably told her, don't get your hopes up!I mean I know the lawyers are a little out there, but someone had to know it was going to get denied.

Has she hired a new team of attorneys?

Bon, I agree somewhat. I think Casey loved Caylee like a new pair of shoes - she liked to wear them and show them off now and then, but they soon lost their appeal and wound up in a pile under the bed. People are objects to ICA.

Agree, I have experience with a person like KC who is an event parent. Parent of the year when pictures are being taken, or the child(ren) can be shown off taking credit for their achievements. It has always struck me odd that KC was "an event planner" when in reality she was an event parent, only shows up when it benefits them or makes them look good. All MOO.

MOO, but I think Cindy was doing that mistruth thing the first time she was asked about that shirt, and continued it on into the trial.

Lol, IMO, most guilty people would be upset, too.

DT has to be telling her not to worry and how they expected this and how they will win when they present their case......oh and when they discredit Dad and when they top it off with WSpitz but don't be concerned when he goes "coo coo" on the stand because it will all work out in the end.......

I'm not only happy that it was denied; I'm happy because of the arguments/cases cited by the judge.

Is the only contact ICA has with her DT when she is in the courtroom?

She seems to think the cameras are off once the jury leaves the room.

Word of the day, NEKKID!

Someone posted this link earlier [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Er2G0OszXEk"]YouTube - ‪Cheney Mason....really?‬‏[/ame] - CM spouting off when Caylee's remains were found before he was on the Defense team. It's pretty priceless that he says on the tape that JB and the Anthony's going on this show and that show talking to everyone is going to look bad when it goes to trial. Uh, CM, you went from show to show talking too. Should've taken you own advice, eh?

ETA: He actually says "It establishes that they have no credibility whatsoever."

If he's lumping himself in with them now, I could not agree more.
