also, why is Judge Perry wasting the jurors time every day?? Why end a half hour early for no good reason??? I thought maybe there was a hearing but I guess not. They waste so much tax payer $$ in Florida not to mention the jurys time. I would be so pissed if I was those jurors.

This day has seemed longer than all the others and the jury is probably exhausted. Better to end the day so they will be fresh tomorrow and able to absorb information.

I know when I'm too bleary I have trouble remembering things, even important things.

Who cares? Baez screwed his client over from the jump.

He put his own client at the death scene and told the jury he'd explain it. If I'm on the jury, I want to know why the heck this mother didn't try and get help. Moreover, I want to know how she could spend 31 days partying like it's 1999 when she knew her baby was dead and been disposed of.

Baez should have let CM handle this, IMO.

Not only that but how in the world could she drive by there going to her parents house or to Amscot after she put her body in the woods...or do we know for sure if she ever drove back by there due to the pings?

Yikes..got my fingers caught in that door..oucheee!! so brought over my thoughts about this last witness and JB's purpose...

It appears that JB is trying to discredit any lab results that Dr. Vass testified to ( since this was a research facility)..but I doubt very much its going to fly since the equipment used is no different than what any accredited lab uses..

BTW All these equipments have quality assurance testing done daily or weekly depending on apparatus...Kind of like zero calibrating for Central Lines, or Arerial lines...Its to ensure accuracy of results...Sorry hope I havent confused ya..

I'm already feeling for Dr Vass, this *fill in the blank(Baez)* is going to try and discredit him any which way. I bet Dr Vass rues the day he ever set sight on Baez, and I hope the jurors see the change in Baez when he questions Dr Vass - and sees right through his fake, fake, fake, bonhomie.

Again, why isn't Baez proving his opening statements like there was an accident instead of this boring stuff. He is putting the jury to sleep over a big nothing. This stuff has nothing to do with his story on what happened so why isn't he telling his story to the jury with witnesses???

I think JB just really has no idea what he's doing.
Their story is full of holes - so all of this is filler garbage, IMO. JB is trying to play grown up attorney by trying to emulate what the state did with their forensic experts.
