The clothes he said Caylee wore on 6/16 - jean shorts/skort, pink top, tennie's, white sunglasses, white back pack w/monkeys have never been found. In fact ICA laughed to the FBG that "They haven't even found her clothes yet." in the days after LP posted her bond. Gd only knows what she did with the original outfit, and why.

So, George just did not remember what Caylee wore on 6/16....makes sense because I never understood why he thought he would remember. I just don't understand why they thought KC wore the pants in the car on 6/16. How would anyone remember? From today's testimony the first witness said he tested KC's other clothing? How did they decide what other clothes in KC's house should be tested?

OMG -- that would be terrible -- can't imagine starting over -- ugh -- not to mention I really like HHJBP. I think he is very fair and so far, I do not see any partiality -- JIMO.

I honestly don't like his attitude towards JA..He gets pissed with Baez too but has a very diff tone with him..It's more on the 'snarky' side..With JA he flat out yells at him in a mean kind of way..KWIM?

I really like HHJBP also, but DO see that he seems to Overrule more objections by the SA. This is troublesome to me. Am I the only one that sees this?

I don't think it means anything other than the fact that the State knows when they have objections that are relevent. Jose objects just to object without any legal basis for the objections. He objects when things are not going his way... even when he is the one who opened the door to that line of questioning. He did the same thing today in the middle of JA's questioning of the witness. Jose even interupted JA's cross examination to ask questions that he should have asked in the first place because he was so up in arms that JA had the audacity to question this witness and have her explain the jury, in more simple terms that didn't take three hours, that the DNA profile that she was able to obtain was inconclusive.

It's not Judge Perry's fault that the State is so much more educated than Jose. Maybe Jose should have paid more attention in law school and he would have been a sliver of an attorney that Jeff Ashton is.

but seriously :tyou: He could NOT keep his hands off her today-I quote you because that is EXACTLY how I felt about this disgusting display. There is no way this is the proper behavior of a professional to his client. You can't act like this in a grocery store, let alone a court of law.

If CM thinks it looks like he is consoling Casey he is WRONG. He comes off like an old man making time with a chippy, a chippy who is on trial for the murder of her toddler. Nice.

Maybe the thought of her mourning the death of her daughter today is more than he can take? hwow:

ETA: OH, I just saw that you made that comment also! The CHAIR HOPPING! Thank you! Yes...Casey Anthony is THE most annoying creature I have ever had the displeasure of knowing of. I see why she had to hop from group of friends to group of friends: a little bit of ICA goes a long...long way. :yuck:

I think he expects more from Jeff Ashton. In all honestly, Jeff really shouldn't give Jose the energy of losing his temper.

It is difficult for someone like JA who has so much integrity, to deal with a sleaze like JB. The fact that at the heart of this case was a helpless little girl makes him easily inflamed with this ******. self moderated..

I think I can safely say that we all want it now. I know I do. but I am preparing myself for the worst just in case.

nursebeeme, I know an acquittal on the murder or lesser charges would be devasting and not justice for Caylee, and I know that is why we are all here, number one, but just keep in mind, she is NOT walking out of that courtroom by any means - NO WAY they cant find her guilty on the other charges, lying to LE, etc.

She will not fare well in prison, not even for one day.

Trying to put myself in the place of the jurors...
I would have been extremely disappointed in the defense today. While I'd certainly want/expect the defense to put on a case that attempts to discredit the state's evidence, I would first need the picture better colored in - the picture that JB outlined in his opening with big bold lines - in order to have that "Aha, okay, I could see that..." moment, whereby I could then follow along with where he's attempting to lead me (the jury) when he moves toward discrediting the state's presentation. Today's presentation feels disjointed and, as a juror, I'd feel confused and a little irritated that I'm left to try to figure out what exactly it is that the defense is insinuating. I guess I'd want to hear Casey's version as to how/what exactly happened before I could move forward and openly and objectively listen to the defenses presentation. I really thought if they were going to put Casey on, today was the day to do it. Let her tell her version of the story and then build your presentation from there, around it. JMO ~

IMO, the worst will only come if there is a juror who has disguised his (her)distrust of authority extremely well. I hope that is not the case.
Hopefully, if so, that distrust of authority will be outweighed by a sense of justice needing to be served regarding the life of an innocent child.

Well, we certainly know what KC's motive was, and her illutrious attorney, I just wish that the fact he received $200 K could come out. If he brings up CA's sale, it would be really great if the SA could bring up what he got out of all of this. Just wishful thinking, I know.

I agree with you, there is NO WAY that KC will be testifying. The talking heads can bleat about it all they want, but it ain't happ'ning.
JB may be a horrible attorney, but no one is that horrible.

If ICA takes the stand,do you think you wold believe her ,knowing she lied about everything else? That's where I struggle when I hear the TH's on HLN saying she has to take the stand.
Will anyone believe her?

I believe they used the ALS on all of ICA's clothing at the A's home, then took anything that "lit up" to the lab.

I don't think Caylee had on the BIG TROUBLE shirt 6/16 in the AM and I'm not completely sure that the skort/top were not the last clothes GA saw Caylee wearing. I was raising a toddler who was taken back by her psycho mother, without notice. To this day I remember exactly what she was wearing the last time I saw her in 11/07.

IDK (and we'll never know) if GA saw those pants in the back of the car and knew which slacks they were, before saying he saw ICA wearing them on 6/16. But he saw ICA 3(?) times after 6/16, so IMO it's not the same.
