Exactly. It is brilliant and on the cutting edge of research. It's so hard for searchers to find people, we all know that.

Now imagine letting loose a bunch of carrion-seeking flies with small gps enabled chips attached to them and viewing them on a gps screen. They would congregate around carrion. Then you could go to the fly hot spot or hot spots where they are congregating to see what they are targeting.

It's a great idea for finding remains. Flies are cheap and plentiful, they don't need to be trained like dogs, and they could be used at different possible sites easily. The GPS chips are getting cheaper every day- they have to be very small for the fly to handle them though. That would seem to me to be the major hurdle.

That's really, really cool.

I have to say, after the way I've seen the defense treat scientists, I would not wanna talk about my data with any of them. The scientists called by the SAs - they blatantly dissed. Then they clearly did their own experts no favors. Booo! :waitasec:

I really don't think JB cares if he has sanctions, contempt or even fines and a spell in jail...all the more attention and fodder for book or TV later, in his mind...I have always though a mistrial was his best chance of not losing this case and think he is trying for one...

Agree, Baez thinks this is his "GOLDEN TICKET".

In my opinion it is almost to the point where Baez could request a mistrial based on too much leniency from the judge! I can see him blaming HHJP for causing him to push the envelope. Hope I am wrong as usual.

I was getting very scared this morning that PERRY was going to declare a mistrial stating that ICA's rights were being violated by her attorneys NOT following court orders.....

JB really acts like he thinks he is being picked on...seriously.
He does not get it.....I refer us back to the great Judge Strickland who coined the phrase "the truth and miss anthony are strangers."

Now we have the wonderful wonderful Judge Perry......who knows the law....the DT needs to put on their big boy underwear and deal with it. IMO

They asked for it by booting Judge Strickland.IMO

i wonder if Baez is trying to establish a reputation that he is willing to take risks for his clients. Defendants might look for that in an attorney.

Just because Baez has never tried a capitol case, or is not a seasoned attorney, gives him NO reason to be babied now. He has seasoned attorney's by his side, there are no excuses.

If this case had anything to do with Casey Anthony's life, Baez would step aside and allow Mason first chair. IMHO
Baez chooses to be first chair because being death qualified is more important to him than Casey Anthony.

After seeing JB "speech" this morning, I think I figured out why I get so irritated with him, he reminds me of my ex, not in looks but everything else. Yes, you can feel sorry for me now  lol ......

It was a short elevator ride with Baez and Ashton. I almost suggested a group hug, but I thought it might not go over well.

By jove, I think I (finally) got it: HHJP doesn't want to be accused of being BAEZed....heh heh.

Haha. I am wondering exactly what kind of "game playing" the prosecution has engaged in. I don't doubt the judge's observation, but it is not as obvious to me, so I would be interested to know what, specifically the issues have been with the prosecution since the trial began?

I was so shocked at that knot, does she have a lick of sense in her little head? that cant possibly be comfortable sitting on it all day like a silly little bunny tail. I have never seen that before in my life.

Too bad the jury doesn't get a gander of it. They might find it amusing (I did). I've never thought of tying a shirt in the back to make my ta-ta's stand out. egads!

You think she was dressing for Fusion and not for the trial of her life.

MOO and all that.

Like I said before, this is getting so ridiculous with JB that I fully expect him to pull something like this when he realizes he's in over his head. LOLOLOL

I hope JA stresses the point very clearly for the jury that no touch dna was done for female dna, only male. Since they are trying to lay the blame on RK and/or GA ask why female wasn't done?

Food for thought here. I know we aren't suppose to but ... ICAs tying her shirt in the back to expose her front. Well sure does tell much of her vanity. She is more focused on HOW she looks, than Caylee does now.
