Yes, the shirt had a big knot at the bottom of the back. All the bettwer to give a "fitted look" to the front of the knitted garment.

Not too comfortable to sit in a chair all day with a big knot at the lower back.

I find when some people do that, it just makes their backsides look HUGE. Bet she wouldn't do that if she realized that.

I would be of the opinion that the Judge is admonishing both parties as to not show bias to one party in particular. There are a few mess ups the state has done as well, but imoo it is due to JB not having his carp lined up so the state can do their job.

Who sends a witness to the State Attorney's Office on a Saturday with no prior notice to take a deposition?

Is JA a legal secretary now? Does JA have a Court Reporter just following him around all day?

How dare JB not give any notice to the SA and set up the deposition and request a Court Reporter! JA does not work for JB - what gamesmanship.

I thought Ashton commented about deposing Rodriguez from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm on SATURDAY....

But stated that Eikenbloom showed up at SA office "YESTERDAY".......SUNDAY!!!!!

There was a moment there when HHJP was asking for the Defence's next witness when clearly they had no one available that Baez leaned over and said something to ICA and I caught my breath. Was he asking ICA if she wanted to testify since he had no one else available? It did look like that to me.

I may just have misinterpreted it, but it seemed to me that when the judge stated he did not believe he would 'have to go through this again' (meaning retrial, I guess), JB's head sank down to his chest

So was he deliberately provoking the judge AND hoping JA would rise to the bait and speak out, in the hope of forcing a mistrial ? If that was his hope, the judge appears to have dashed it by remaining calm and focused and by saying he did not believe he would be required to 'go through all this again'

Imo, JB was being desperately provocative (as well as reading from a prepared script)

I wonder if JB is disbarred after trial if that is sufficient cause for ineffective counsil. I would not be one bit surprised if this trial has to be done all over again.

Didnt JP state on Saturday in the morning that the Rodriguez would be depo'd Saturday at 1pm. I think that is why the DT thought they would do it.

I could be wrong, but my understanding was the report or power point would be excluded since Judge Perry made the state withdraw the one that they had last week??

Can someone please tell me why in the crap JA is getting in trouble too?!? I am beyond angry...

I think it's a smart move on JP's part. That way the defense can't cry "biased!" Everyone knows the defense is in the wrong, make no mistake. JP has been doing this a long time and every word that comes out of his mouth is thought out and serves a purpose. He needs to do it this way to avoid appeals later. IMO as always
