Why does anyone think JB cares about contempt charges or action from the bar? I don't think he plans on lawyering for a living...I still think this is his goal...more drama for his book/movie/talking head career...a mistrial and sanctions only make it jucier...

Judge Perry has turned a problem child into a big problem child. JB knows that nothing is going to happen to him.

I dont think JA hesitates to get down into the mud. He reminds me of the guys from Southie in Boston-think the movie the Departed. JMO.

So JB doesnt have his witness ready and JA wants to process Rodriguez' depo right? HHJP must be thrilled to shut the day down for housekeeping.

Jurors don't know why court is cancelled or the reason for all the delays...

I was thinking the same thing. He lied, there was no witness in route.:maddening:

Does anyone know if the court can pursue this on its own or if requested by the state? If JB outright lied to the court and it can be proven, ie no one coming in at airport, no witness that will say they were enroute, etc., Would we even know if the matter will be pursued??

Can someone clarify for me--is Eikelenboom (sp?) not going to testify at all, or is he just going to be delayed?

And since CA and GA were in court today, does the defense NOT putting one of them up mean that they don't intend to call them?

And last but not least--this one completely kerfuffeled even Bill Sheaffer! He was almost at a loss for words. It was too adorable.

Apparently, his report said NOTHING. So, now the State has to depose him before he can testify
