I heard one of the legal Talking Head's tonight make a statement that made me laugh out loud.

The panel was asked what they thought the outcome of the trial would be.

This one panelist stated that s/he felt that Casey will be "convicted of at least manslaughter."

Guess who the panelist was....

Page 71- Krystal talks about why she changed her name to River Cruz when she moved to Florida. Krystal had a juvenile record for burglary but nothing as an adult.

I recall him saying as of that interview he hadn't been paid anything and he didn't remember if anything had been discussed about what he would be paid. That faulty memory again. Personally, I didn't believe him at the time that he didn't remember but after watching his testimony, who knows.

Dr. Spitz stated on the witness stand that he was testifying for free; however, he charges $5,000.00 per day to testify. That is what he charged Phil Specter, also.

I am beginning to blame Judge Perry as much for these delays as much as the defense. He is allowing the defense to get away with murder and they are going to keep this up as long as they can. Believe me, this won't be the last violation. Baez doesn't give a darn. He knows nothing is going to happen to him. The judge didnt' mind putting that brain damaged woman in the clink but he doesn't do anything to Baez. I am really sick of this. I feel sorry for the State of Florida putting out all this money for this sort of trial.

My suggestion to JP is to throw Baez in jail for contempt for a week, let CM handle the defense... But what do I know. JB is gonna continue doing these dispicable things till he gets "time outs" like any other "child". Can JP do that and let the rest of the DT handle court proceedings?

I read that Dr. S made $141,000 from the Specter trial. And basically got very angry when asked about it on the stand. If he did this one for free?? I don't know. IMO there is something fishy about that.

He!!, JB was gonna pay Henry with a crate of oranges for his testimony. WS got more than screwed in that deal with JB. Sheeze, he sure didn't negotiate well that deal with JB.

Where exactly has all this investigative money been going if they can't make a simple phone call and easily determine that he didn't have the number until 2009?
