A woman with the same name is suing Casey. Originally, that trial was set for August, but has been postponed until next February, at the request of Casey's attorneys.
As part of the case, the attorney for the real Zenaida Gonzalez has requested that Casey admit in writing that Caylee drowned, and to admit that the story about "Zanny's" alleged abduction of Caylee was fabricated, and that Gonzalez had nothing to do with the alleged abduction.
