If I understood correctly, chloroform can be used to get high? And body builders will inject testosterone to bulk up? What if someone (male) decided to combo the two (bulk up and have fun doing it), ICA finds the bottle/syringe and it became a "crime of opportunity" (if that is the right phrase).

You know some of the "new" (biodentical) ways they are treating menopause and pre-menopause is giving women testosterone shots. (self injected)

Is there a Nancy grace thread? lmbo.. Bombshell Tonight! Coyotes did it!!! Maybe it was Sasquatch or bigfoot or a Martian!!

Don't ask me...after she said she thought the body had been in the disposal site for 2 weeks, I basically tuned her out. ;)

Oh yeah, she did say something about a dog burying one of Caylee's bones. I think his name was Jack Russell or something.

My Jack (russell) has an alibi..
He was at Jay Bl. Park.. chasing the pesky squirrels..

Dont you go throwing him under the bus now.. lol..

I'm not watching LKB, but if she's so convinced that the defense could prove their case, why did she bail?

She quit when the money ran out and her services were going to have to be pro-bono. She figured she could make more money and get more exposure selling herself to the media. She's the very epitomy of a media wh*re. In my own opinion, of course. :)

Haven't read this whole thread, so don't if someone else posted some pix from today - here are some!

Some attorneys even have their client take a polygraph to judge the veracity of their story before running with it. It just goes to show how late in the game it was when they decided to go with the drowning story.

If their client takes a polygraph, then isn't the state entitled to the results of any and all polygraphs during discovery? All expert examination results are typically provided to the opposing counsel.

Oh and I wanted to say this before I had to pop out for a while.

I am not a huge fan of the DT, obviously. But I will say this about them in my objective view point. With the type of evidence and the pure volume of evidence presented there wasn't many ways JB and Co. could go. There were only two options, and out of the two he choose the wrong one. It's quite possible the option they went with was the only option his client allowed him to go.

There's no way ICA would have ever taken any sort of responsibility at all for Caylee's demise. None at all. So the only theory or defense that could have possibly gotten ICA off was that an accident occurred and she got scared and dumped the body after keeping it in her car for a few days.

We can't blame JB for his ridiculous theory, when it might have been ICA that put him up to it. It screams ICA actually, nothing and I do mean nothing pleases ICA more than causing pain to her family and this is one way she was certain to cause the most pain.

That's one thing that immediately jumped out at me when JB gave his opening statement. As he related what had happened, KC was portrayed as an innocent party - a victim. Somehow, Caylee accidentally drowned in the family pool, but no explanation as to who's responsibility it was to watch Caylee. JB only stated that George yelled at KC and blamed her.

This is exactly what we would expect from KC. Caylee's death was accidental, but she, Casey, was not in any way responsible for what happened. It was her evil father. KC was just a victim.

Playing JA questioning Dr. Bock over and over again about Caylee's hip bone being buried and it seems like he choked on her suggestion of a dog or coyote.

BBM
A few years ago I was traveling on business and happened to be in a city where the Amer Assn of Plastic Surgeons was having their annual conference. On my first couple of days there, I kept running into the same woman wherever I went. Over and over and over again. Was she tailing me, I wondered. I decided to keep on the alert. Very soon I realized that it wasn't the same woman but many, many different women that were strikingly similar in shape, height and hair color. Their features were eerily the same as well; unnaturally plumped lips, recalculated noses with the same upturned dimension, wrinkle free faces that didn't move. OMG. Not the same women at all but the same face everywhere! I became very distraught and frighteningly self conscious. I felt like "the thing" you're asked to pick out from a grouping that doesn't belong. I checked out several days early and came home.

[The only embellishment was the part where I stated the woman might be tailing me. That was simply me taking dramatic license. Like Jose Baez when he made his OS. Except my story is true. I promise.]

There is not point to my post...but your comment about LKB made the memory coming rushing back. Sorry for going O/T.

That sounds like a story straight out of Nip Tuck! ha!

Yes, that was a little much. imo

Rbbm - that was one of my own thoughts that I had today...thanks for reminding me....do you all remember that the SA already submitted work schedules for GA and CA at the end of their presentation of the case? I was just sure I remember that! Anyone else?

Yes! The state did submit GA and CA's work schedules! I think those records combined with telephone logs and computer logs, will completely refute Caylee drowning in the family pool.

She refuses to admit to dumping her child like garbage as well so pass that blame onto someone else. She acted like she could care less her daughter just died having the time of her life and blames that behavior on someone else. Very clear pattern here.

It's not just your opinion, suzihawk. :)

I think it's EXTREMELY unethical the way she's popping up everywhere as a "consultant", getting paid to spin their ridiculous theories and nasty innuendos, meanwhile she's still feeding info to the defense team. It's disgusting.
