If someone asked me what I was looking up on the computer on some day in March 2008 I would not have a clue. I couldn't tell you what I looked up a couple of days ago. How can these people even claim to know what they were doing on the computer on an ordinary day. Also, if I took time off from work I would definitely know that and what days and hours. I do find it odd that she doesn't know for sure but she must have left early if there are chlorofrom searches on her computer that she did.

Nobody wants to own up to the computer search for "shovel". CA could've said she was looking to buy one for GA. It'd be almost believable. I still want to understand who runs a computer search for the word "shovel".

Me too.

As the budget really affected things they asked up to carry over ot hours to the next pay period if it will change it to normal hours for that period.

Me too. But there are over 40 hour timesheets of Cindy's out there from doc dumps. There was a link on her testimony thread.

In my daily thoughts about this case I continually play in my mind "there but by the grace of God go I" and that is why in all these years I have kept my comments to myself and thank God every day that I don't have to walk in their shoes. That being said, the anger and disbelief I felt at the end of the Defense's opening statement and the willingness of the defense to "do what ever, by any means" to shift the blame to everyone but KC, well I can't stay silent any longer! I'm all in now!

Me too! :) Thank you for validating me. I've been very nervous about talking about disassociation because I think people will think I'm full of sugar because it is so weird, and for the emotional abuse I'm sensitive to people thinking I'm nuts when I'm not because when I was growing up I was constantly told that my reactions, my feelings because of the abuse were called crazy.

When it can be avoided, yes.

It is exactly like CA is describing. It worries me because you write the adjusted hours on your time sheet. I doubt CA's employer would not know for sure UNLESS THEY HAVE AN UNALTERED SCHEDULE, but my employers would adjust that too. They could testify that they DO do that, but even that is sticky because they would be admitting to something that the big wigs cannot acknowlege publicly.

You do it because it is all the evident that you are needed. They work the least amont of people possible. It is more important that you are there than that you get your ot.

I understand, it's not spoken of, but wonder if that practice is a big no-no for other reasons. For instance, in the case of a fire or catastrophe, employers should know and have ongoing records of employees in the building.

At my place of employment, I am salary. My paycheck reflects 40 hrs per week, between vacation, sick days, and hours worked. The total is 40 regardless of how it is totalled up, regardless of how many I actually work. We also keep track of our time, so we know how many hours to book to projects we work on. Normally I work 45-50 per week. My paycheck will reflect 40 hrs, but my timesheet reflects whatever I actually worked.

There are times, (usually when travel is involved) that I work 65+ in a week. During those times, my paycheck still reflects 40 hours. My timesheet reflects actual hours worked.

I've also had times where the company allows comp time to compensate for the time where I work over 50, either in a partial day or a whole day off. During those times, my paycheck still reflects I worked 40 hrs, but my timesheet will reflect 30 hours, or 36 hrs, or whatever the case may be.

If CA really is salary, what does it matter what she reports on her timecard, if she draws the same salary week to week? I don't buy the story about not being able to report overtime worked.

I agree that it is difficult to believe that CA can remember that. She would have to have her organizer from that period, b/c she wouldn't be about to get confirmation of that from her employer.

You would think that she knows she would want to make sure she is correct before saying something. But then again she truly may believe that like rotting pizza-gate this really did happen.

Who could expect GA or anyone else to remember that she was there at that time unless CA said to someone, "Hi there! I just looked up chloroform and neckbreaking today."

I like that point!

That CA is in such a situation where she could do this?

It shouldn't be this complex, but CA is a human and complexities seem to at times be something we excel at?

Listening to Anthony's attorney is making me ill. I need to clear my mind.

Just thought of something.

BT was so amazing when she snuck in to talk with JVanD, the way she talked to him mad we wonder if she is a saint.

It shows that people are capable of compassion even when they are facing a monster such as J. that CA could have compassion towards her own daughter is less far fetched when I look at it it that way.

Crum, told bf I'd call when Dr. D was off. He is showing TONS of understanding about me and this case, so gotta go for a bit.

Scarlet2, thank you again for your post. Thank you so much!

Janie Weintraub. Ugh. That woman will argue that Charles Manson was railroaded. :banghead: I wish Beth was given more time. Now Mark Lippman is on saying the same goobledegoop he said on the last 5 shows.

Geez... ML has certainly made the rounds today with his canned speech. He's so transparent when he hides behind client privlege when he doesn't want to answer questions.

And you're SO right about JW. Blech!

Try to remember that he does things a spokesman for the A's so he has to say what the A's would say if they talked to the media themselves.

That a lawyer, people who's opinions are respected, would say something that goes against their own personal views.

I sometimes wonder if D attorney do what they do not because they believe that the specific things they do are right, but because the general concept, like freedom of speech is what is underlying their passion for what they are doing.

I think that a lot of it is one up-uping. Like when one of the Defense Attorneys said that he has a website when Mr. Tweet My Twitter Vinnie P. visited on a show. Kinda like nener-nener-nener....

Did you see how that one blond DT wore a dress that Jean C. had worn the day before that was practically the same fabric? Like that, except with females it is much more serious. Its a little piece of some woman's seventh grade mentality. :)

There are more guests here than members, THAT doesn't seem to happen with other cases.

Its getting harder for HLN, CourtTV to find people who will speak for the DT without sounding like a broken record. How many different ways can "Junk science", "its just circumstantial evidence" etc.? :)

And attorneys are usually IMO quite loquacious. But I've never really thought about if they are so verbose when they are in spokesman mode... do they usually just stick to the script?

Okay, going to workout.

Overall it seems like a big theme that Dr. D. seems to be about is for people to really get in touch with understanding that celebs etc. that are hounded by the media are people too with emotion etc.

If he can get just a few people to have compassion for CA, for them to consider where she is coming from he truly is moving a mountain. Public opinion is just so horrible about the A's.

Part of me has wondered if even Nancy Grace's support of them is at all related to getting into a slander suit type situation. And then ditto for many in the media and maybe for networks as a whole. I mean who really wants to validate JB's opinions of a slanted media?

If we can see where CA is coming from, see how it could be a legitimate response we can see how ICAs behavior is twisted no matter how you look at it. Even if you consider that ICA was abused as she says and that she was disassociating. It cannot be proven that she was abused, or that this disassociation is real and provable proof (:)) is one of the principals of our justice system.

The medication CA was taking sure made her remember the neck breaking skate board side site to her chloroform searches. I say that's an incredible memory to explain NECK BREAKING.

I couldn't remember a pop up if from today if you asked me. But I wonder if they can show that on the report somehow. She totally lied today and I can only pray that the jury sees right through it.
