Talking about CA calling GA about leaving the ladder up. Was she going to call GA up and cuss him out for leaving ladder up. Isn't that somethning she could have just discussed later when he got home and say hey someone left the ladder up need to be careful. Why was she calling GA about ladder been left down? Or was she that big of a "B"?

Was that before or after she ran home to google search chloroform? :liar:

Wait until the rebuttal and the closing arguments. Baez is about to try and prove the wackiest, least believable portion of his case. He is going to try and
point the blame at Kronk and George, and also at LE for falsely jumping to conclusions about Casey's guilt. After this shaky part of his case, the state is going to deliver a HUGE rebuttal case, imo. They will be prepared to explain away some of Baez's iffy theories. And Baez cannot do in closing arguments what he did in the opening. He can only discuss what he showed WITH ADMITTED EVIDENCE. So he will have a lot less to say, imo. He already started whining about the state using two attorneys for their closing. Wah Wah Wah.

I agree that the state's rebuttal is going to be major! I think we're going to see Dr. Garavaglia brought back to the witness stand to refute Dr. Spitz's allegations of a shoddy autopsy.

I think we'll also see Cindy back on the witness stand and this time the state will present more records, likely phone records that will show that Cindy was at work at the time of the computer searches, particularly the search of March 21st. Several of Cindy's co-workers at Gentivia are on the state's witness list and they haven't been called yet. They might be called during the rebuttal regarding when Cindy was at work.

I also think the state will go through the time line of June 16th and show that Caylee didn't drown in the family pool that day. With the defense's theory of an accidental drowning in serious doubt, the jury will be left with the state's theory of premeditated murder.

Pics from today. Casey was very active today. Looks like she's checking up on the script and being sure Cindy, Lee and Jose cover all the salient points. I really think it's Casey who runs that family, not Cindy. You can hear it in Casey's voice when she talks to her mother that she's not intimidated in the least.

I drove to my 80 yr old mother's today. She had told me she was watching the trial but we haven't discussed it otherwise. She didn't watch the hearings so I wanted her take on it. When I walked in she was watching and told me she couldn't believe what liars the A's are. She thinks there's no doubt KC is guilty. While we were watching, my 84 yr old uncle walked in. He said "Why is this trial taking so long? Everyone knows she killed her child." That made me feel pretty good about the jury until my younger sister walked in and said "She's innocent, the boyfriend did it." LOL I guess my point is, anyone who half way pays attention knows who the murderer is unless they are a TH.

One thing I do know in my heart is there is a reason for the hawk on the ledge of the 23rd floor. Going OT...



That hawk that visits the 23rd floor ledge @ lunchtime gives me hope that everything will be alright. Someone is looking out for Caylee. There will be Justice for Caylee.

snipped and bbm - that hawk is there a lot..i remember it being there when tes was allowing the DT to go through their records...and that may have been on the 21st or 23rd floor, but i remember that hawk being there for sure.

Again, I was answering a question that a PP poster had in regard to whether any shoes were found with Caylee's remains. It has to do with staging and where she was at death.

If you want to show a fact of this case, I wouldn't quote LKB.As for not having any shoes on will show that someone staged the recovery scene is lost on me. IMO.

Me too. If I remember correctly, I was always taught that the hawk totems were like messengers to remind oneself to honor your family or something of the like. It's very powerful positive omen. Because it's there every day at lunch time and noisy tells ME that something not right, and Caylee (totem) is telling us/her family so.

I know... yawl will look at me wonky but I don't care. My spirituality is different than most.

This is a travesty, and the jury deliberations may not be straightforward. But I have faith every single juror is not going to acquit her of murder or at least aggravated manslaughter, even if one or some might. Worst case there will be a retrial. And the Anthony family can be investigated and charged with perjury and/or obstruction and/or evidence tampering before that retrial, and that will render their testimony completely useless in a second trial. And I hope they are prosecuted in such a way it makes them unable to profit from Caylee's death.

As the saying goes, you can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.

Whether the Anthonys like it or not Caylee was not their property, they are not God, they do not get to propose and dispose. She was a citizen of the State of Florida with full legal and human rights, and they are answerable to higher courts than their family dining table.

Hey, it very well may be! I do believe she has a presence in that courtroom, somehow, someway....& it makes me wonder if the A's don't "feel it too" when they're testifying...what explains LA breaking down sooo hard today. I think he knows, I think he's tried to distance himself from all of it in order to "keep their secret", & now I wonder what he went to JB about...what could G&C have said to make him go to the DT???

It might have to do with that.. I have screens, i'm in california so when the sliding doors are open, everything could walk on in if there was no screen.. Bugs, coyotes (seriously)

but my friend in florida has the big screened in back with pool, their sliders have no screens.

OT but if you have a dog door, you might want to know that wild animals will use it to enter your house. My boxer Maggie killed four large possums in my livingroom after the possums came through the dog door.........LOL.

IMO......she called him to start the alibi for ICA. I'm one that believes ALL the A's have known from day 1, not day 31.

CA is sullying her memories of Caylee with every fresh lie, that is some punishment at least, in later years when her grief had softened she could have taken solace from looking at those photos and remembering the happy times, but now they will be tainted.

Hubby just stated that the amount of aging Lee went through and the graying of hair ..this boy has a lot of stress and he knows what happen .. It is eating him up from the inside

Since this is sidebar, I'm going to go off topic and say that I missed you guys so much while my laptop was fried! haha. It died RIGHT as Cindy was called to the stand yesterday (of course) and I was itching to know what you guys were saying. Before that testimony, I got really bored and photoshopped Jeff Ashton in a Mack truck running over Baez.
