I believe so. She called Cindy, George, Amy and Jesse in those flurry of phone calls...I think to find a babysitter. When she couldn't find one, she had one of her rage fits and chloroformed Caylee, taped her nose, mouth and wrists behind her back and put her in the trunk where she died and went off to Blockbuster with Tony.

Of course, they haven't gotten anyone to admit to the sexual abuse - YET. And ICA had access to the duct tape.

Based on testimony elicited they seem to be going for:

1) There was no tape on Caylee's face but
2) If there was tape on Caylee's face it was put there post-decomp and
3) It was either GA or RK that put it there

Kinda like my client didn't do it but if she had she would have done x,y,z differently. I'm suddenly craving spaghetti! :great:

I don't think the jury has ever been told George was not the father of Caylee according to the DNA comparisons. They were told Lee was not.

true but common sense dictates if LA isn't then it is not likely that GA is.

Unless they question CA's fidelity

I cannot imagine LA ever saying that he molested his sister, even if his mother orders that he do it. As if having a murderer for a sister hasn't already forever tainted his life, why would he do this? Anyone can see what life long ramifications this would mean for LA, his future wife and children. No way Jose!
