I don't remember...but would love to know too and see it again in context

Me too, but I do think she was saying it to Mason, but it was about Baez. She was angry and wanted Baez's attention if I'm remembering correctly. She wanted him back at the table for something so she seemed to be yelling at Mason to get Baez back here. (Or maybe I'm crazy... that's how I took it). Either way she was pizzzzed off and I feel bad for Caylee having to see that face.

I really think the issue is witness tampering

In an interview with Greta on Fox her Mr Lippman the Anthony's attorney said
"The Idea was presented to her that she was doing a search and a popup came from a UTube site with a skateboarder breaking his neck or something along those lines but she did not write break neck into the search bar...."

I would really like to know who presented this Idea to her.............

http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/on-the-record/index.html

the video is Anatomy of a Bombshell he say it at about 6mins and 40sec into the interview
I also found this link of a body language persons break down of her testimony

http://drlillianglassbodylanguagebl...es-on-stand-in-attempt-to-protect-casey-voic/

This with Lee going JB's office last week sounds dead on to me.

It's a flexible kind of a document and I'm an expert even if I do write in pencil and show lots of cross-outs and additions, but alas I am not a chemist...

It's called a boomerang document...:seeya: filed under "B"...

somethings never change

I'd say the chances of that are only slightly better than the chances of KC going back to work for Universal.

I think it is pretty amazing how this family can apparently live and exist without any income. ICA did it for years and it seems the mom and pop can do it too. Maybe they can write a book on how that is done. jmo

You can also make yourself believe certain things happened. Be brainwashed into believing you did something, and because you want to believe it actually happened, you actually convince yourself it happened. A serious question; as a nurse would you ever google effects of chloroform or anything related to chloroform? I assume someone in your profession knows a great deal about different chemicals and wouldn't need to "google".

Good question..I personally never googled chloroform until this trial, and I hope it doesnt come back to haunt me..hehe..I google things all the time. ALL the time. It doesnt seem like a professional nurse would google neck breaking and that sort of thing, just because I think as a nurse we google things in more professional terminology. Nurses work in alot of different areas and we tend to become "experts" in our area. Just because Im a nurse, doesnt mean Im an expert in chemicals. One thing I will say, CA was a supervisor at Gentiva...a very reputable company, she had to have something going for her professionally, although I have met some pretty nutty and devious nurses..I flip flop on my impression of CA..I admit that. One thing I think is that if CA whole plan was to lie and cover for ICA, she could have been a difficult witness for the prosecution earlier. She really wasnt, she seemed truthful at that time. I do concede her memory for the details of a google search 3 years ago is astounding :)

On Facebook there are some new photos from Saturday morning here: Real Radio Daytona - WMFB Daytona Beach

Neither George nor Cindy will be in need of a job once the 'book deal' goes through.

How sick is that? I sure wish the State of Florida could recoup some of the costs after all is said and done... wishful thinking of course.

This entire family makes me ill.:loser:
I wonder if a perjury conviction would keep them from making money on this case at the end of the trial?

OT but the few times on here where you can see more of Casey, she does look quite small and thin, IMO...more so than several weeks ago...FWIW

Perhaps she can't order her snacks thru the commissary because she is in a different jail, so she's not eating much.

I don't understand why she has not returned to work somewhere! :waitasec: jmo

Hmm... lemme think now. :waitasec: Could it be that she (as well as the rest of the family) are profiting nicely off the interviews and pictures of their beloved granddaughter that have been sold/licensed over the past three years? Oh... and there's the upcoming best seller soon to be hot off the press.

I'd really like to know why Lee is unemployed. Is he on disability too? Is the family supporting him financially?

I seriously do not understand this 'change' of defense theory. Are they going to say they were 'mistaken' when they gave their scenario in the Opening Statements? "OOOPS MY BAD, Let me do it over.."

I don't think they can do that Katy, it would only make things worse for them than they already are.

Any new theory would be worse than what they have chosen already, actually Jose opening was an insult to most of us.

I know less about the law than my dog, but really? I think I have seen lawyers on TV saying they ask their clients point blank if they are guilty. Maybe not DP cases though. Its true attorneys CAN'T report it if their clients admit they DID kill someone? That is carpy. I thought even doctors and clergy were obligated to report such things. Morally then, I could never have been a lawyer, clergy or a doctor.

This is a good read and I really don't like what the outcome could be ..

now my link doesn't work so I have to go back and find it or another source sorry about that ..bare with me here

I think a mental health expert would not be of much significance in this case. As you have said they couldn't really have a DT expert examine her and not allow the state to do the same. Without a legitimate diagnostic assessment their opinion would be useless IMO. Even if a through eval was done an expert would be torn apart by JA.

Expert: This type of behavior is seen in abuse victims.
JA: Is it seen in all or even most abuse victims?
Expert: No it is not.
JA: Has this behavior ever been seen in a person who was never abused?
Expert: Yes it has.

The truth is that the vast majority of SA survivors would not be able to go on with their life as if nothing happened if they knew their child had just died. However, most sociopaths would.

Maybe the DT thinks a grief expert will provide some reasonable doubt but I seriously doubt that. JA is just too good and would tear this type of expert completely apart. Especially if they have no first-hand knowledge of ICA.

ITA. And I bet the jury is wondering WHY a psychological defense was put forward in part yet no mental health experts have taken the stand. Nothing has been offered to prove the psychological portion of this defense, not even Casey on the stand. That's going to stick with them if the defense doesn't offer anything. I've seen other cases where part of the defense is psychological, and it either required the defendant to get on the stand or at the very least some mental health experts to testify to make it an actual option. I've never seen a case where something psychological was offered as a defense yet nothing was put forward to support or prove it. The jury is not stupid. They are not just going to accept the defense's theory point blank without some kind of support of it from the defense itself. Baez was foolish to ever make any part of the defense psychological.

IF Cindy Anthony did those searches on chloroform (and I don't believe that she did), she did so because she suspected ICA was using chloroform on Caylee. So either way, still perjury, imo.

I can NOT believe CA was doing the chloroform searches. I have observed the Ants may not be the best spellers or grammarians, but neither chlorophyll nor How to Make Chloroformcomes up in MY Google searches with the auto-type feature on. Chloroform does come up by typing in chlor about 4th in line, but no words "How to make...". Is it possible she selected chloroform by accident? Perhaps, once or even twice, but not 84 times. But then the actual phrase HOW to make chloroform is an issue, as that exact phrase was typed in the Ant's computer.

I honestly think CA's dog was ill from ICA practicing using chloroform on the dog, as a poster mentioned earlier. THAT makes sense. What would chloroform, acetone and alcohol have to do with bamboo and a sick dog. Bamboo, BTW is not toxic to dogs, per several searches, and bamboo does indeed contain chlorophyll. And why would SOMEONE delete those searches, but not others? CA did not know how to delete, so I heard.

Oh wait... I see you wrote maybe CA was searching because of her suspicions. Hmmmm.

I've been mulling this over.

Since this episode happened at the end of the day, the day Lee testified for the DT, and since the brouhaha yesterday annoyed FG so much, I'm wondering if the "legal matter" has anything to do with the DT "witness tampering" with Lee? FG was the one who questioned Lee originally during the State's CIC, and would have been the one, I assume, to contact Lee prior to attempt to go over his testimony. Perhaps Friday, LDB stomped over to CM and said "2 words. Witness tampering" and stomped back? Maybe it was to give him a heads up that she expected him to get his "house" in order? Pointless to say anything to JB, KWIM? Maybe CM put his foot down good and hard yesterday after getting some info on Friday evening? :waitasec:

Just speculation. I don't know. That may be way off, as I cannot imagine that the entire Prosecution team wouldn't have been in chambers the entire time, and I don't know why court would have needed to be recessed, but maybe CM wanted to read his team the riot act, and, being an officer of the court, report it to HHJP first before the State did? :waitasec:

I admit I do find it curious that FG is the one who handled Lee for the Pros team, Lee was the last one on the stand, and the conversation was between FG and Mason.
But for witness tampering I don't know how that could be because Lee refused to talk to them.

Hmm... lemme think now. :waitasec: Could it be that she (as well as the rest of the family) are profiting nicely off the interviews and pictures of their beloved granddaughter that have been sold/licensed over the past three years? I think Mallory is supporting Lee financially. The family is too busy supporting Casey to also support Lee financially. Heck, they aren't even supporting themselves financially as they aren't working either, and I can tell you, disability does not cover the bills every month, at least in their case, it's not covering their mortgage.

I don't know why Lee is not working. Poor Mallory, if she marries him, will be the breadwinner for the rest of their lives most likely.

BBM
That would have been just about the stupidest thing for JA to do, without knowing the answer himself! Imagine what type of door he could have cracked open with that question!
example- "LA: Well...I found out my dad did sexually abuse my sister and admitted it in the discussion"
There are so many ways that could have gone wrong for the SA that JA was completely smart the way he handled it. He made it clear LA was 'working' with Defense and not the State and had a clearer memory with Defense, therefore his testimony is questionable.

Well, if the SA knew he had a meeting with JB and brought him some new evidence, does the SA not have to know what that evidence is before it can be introduced in court? I think so - HHJP said no ambush.

So I think JA knew what it was - suspected it was not a bombshell, but same old same old or he was confronting Baez about the proposed abuse questioning, but JA was ticked of LA wouldn't meet with him prior to the trial.

Not looking forward to that (KC taking the stand) having watched her performances during her police questioning and in the court. Not at all looking forward to her verbal tsunami and endless preening & expectation that all she utters should be accepted as the truth, the whole truth and nothing but ...

They are....
