What I find telling is discussing whether or not the poor sap who had the unfortunate experience of finding Caylee's body is being contradictory.

I feel like I'm getting caught up in the McGuffin.

I hope SA files a motion (or whatever it requires) to take the jury on a field trip to show them where Kaylee's remains were dumped and spotted by RK to demonstrate the difference between that and where the PI's searched.

Everyone is stopping Jeff Ashton to talk about his tie. He was stopped 3x walking to elevator.

I guess that just seems odd to me, because as interesting as dead snakes are, I can't see any guy I know ignoring the possibility of skeletonized remains. Not saying it didn't go down that way, it just seems... strange. MOO
Sure, but he wasn't even sure that's what he saw at the time.

For God's sake.

The man went back, he called LE. He found Caylee.

I feel like we care about the wrong sh--t sometimes.

He did nothing wrong. He found a dead child. He phoned it in.

As a dude, the snake thing is odd to me too. Seems to me that any guy who would be that interested in a dead snake would be more interested in a skull but who knows.

He didn't really deny it, at first he said - you mean finding rattlesnake? (OSLT)

I think he just felt like CM was trying to trick him so he better revert back to short and sweet, Sir.

and also, i think he is making absolutely certain that he and cm agree on exactly what the question is and what date said question pertains to.

i hope he sues for defamation of character when it's over with. when you consider that we're now to the point where people are claiming he's being untruthful because they think they know better what he thought than he does.......it's just ridiculous.

I hope there is a juror who can break down deliberations like this...

You can still trust the following facts:

1. Caylee is dead
2. Caylee's remains were encased in/found with items from the Anthony home that NO ONE but an Anthony had access to: hamper, Henkel duct tape, pooh blanket, Caylee's own clothing
3. The last person seen with Caylee was her mother KC
4. This SPECIFIC AREA in the woods - where Caylee was found - was an area KC spent much time in as a teen

I won't go into the car, computer searches, stories, cell phone pings, etc.

I, personally, find CA (Cindy) to be a particularly unlikable person (trying to be real nice when I say that) but I really don't think she will face any criminal charges after this trial is over. I just don't.

I don't really even think about her much as we've gotten further into the trial. When she's on the stand I listen but not as attentively as I do to other witnesses.

But again I really don't think she will have criminal charges brought against her by the state. JMHO

The only thing Roy is guilty of is finding little Caylee's remains, without which, the possibility of a murderer going free could have been very likely.

Someone who never had any known contact with the victim has been persecuted and slandered by the defense team for nearly three years. I wonder what others would have done if they were in his place?

If it was me I would keep close tabs on Baez and sue the absolute pants off him given the first opportunity.

Exactly. Roy Kronk is the new Richard Jewell.

O/T but after all the crazy dancing dogs (and thank you so much for the badly needed laughs) I call Equal Time for the Cat People.

A cornish rex having a bath, and in very clear English screaming "I'm WET!"

So what if George had an affair. That doesn't make him involved in what has happened with Caylee.. I am more inclined to think that Cindy has covered up for all of what Casey has done throughout her life. When this happened, George & Cindy's relationship, already rocky due to money, was torn further apart instead of together. He may have been blaming Cindy for the way she enabled Casey's behavior. Once the remains were found, it drew them closer, making them realize that life is too short to place blame.

I do know my son found himself in trouble, my husband and I were blaming each other at first. It wasn't until later we realized it wasn't neither of us, but our son who was totally responsible for what he had done. Neither of us had an affair, but our marriage wasn't on the rocks prior to it and he we didn't have a missing grandchild! This may very well be what happened with them. Stress does a number on a marriage.

Bill S talking about GA CA testimonies now

GA says CA knew whenever he visited River

CA up next and never questioned about it

its like this with every witness. defense would rather imply a lie,
than ask for the truth.

it's like now we have all kinds of people driving around with remains and taking them in and out of water and stinking up cars everywhere...why everyone must have had Caylee's remains at one point or another...heck..I might even have had em at some point ....LOLZ ...

I was in Orlando on vacation and flew home a couple of days before the remains were found. AND we had a rental car while driving around the area.

A thought crossed my mind when CA said on the stand that she had looked up chloroform. She might have seen in the history that someone had looked those things up. She knows it was KC, so she decides to investigate that and go there herself. So, she very well could have looked it up.

I thought something along the same lines. But I truly believe CA was at work that day. In any case, even if she did do the searches, still perjury, because no way in hell she looked up chlorophyll because her dogs were sick. Nope. Not buying that load for nothing. IF she did those searches, she did so because she thought ICA was using chloroform on Caylee.

David Evans, Roy Kronk's attorney, says he hasn't decided if they will speak after court. Stay w/ @cfnews13 for all details #CaseyAnthony

Bill S saying the jury may not believe GA didn't have an affair with KH. I disagree. I believe it.

HI ALL
Have been away from Orlando and I try to log on to read WS to see what is happening with the trial...I only occasionally have access to a tv with HLN

I am on the fence about the affair but IMO it has nothing to do with Caylee's death

KH wanted to help the A's find Caylee
IMO she became a closer friend to George because iirc he spent more time at the command center than Cindy did...
If she told George she had a brain tumor..IMO it shows George was being compassionate towards a woman who may be dying and a person who had helped his family...did it become romantic...IMO..i don't care IMO it has nothing to do with Caylee.

:twocents:

I'm of the opinion RK is telling the truth and the only thing that he is leaving out is that he is super nosey like the rest of us.....
