And my questions are yet to be answered. They didn't ask George anything worth typing about. Nothing about supposedly finding Caylee in the pool, yelling at Casey. Nothing. I have no idea what they are asking Roy questions about. Where was he supossed to have found Caylee's body?

Just an FYI, thunderstorms over Florida just in time for the 3 o'clock hour.:floorlaugh:

It's revolting to me that it's allowed. I'm quite literally in shock. I don't know why, but I didn't think this kind of thing was allowed in American Courts like it is in other places. I realise that I probably have an idealised view of America...so I'm not saying America is wrong, I'm just shocked to see it goes on there, too.
...and that's why WS is such a great site...we're here to bear witness that victims are not forgotten...even at trial.

I just seriously don't get how they didn't find the remains after the three calls in August. I know the officer who came out, looked for 5 seconds and yelled at him for 30 minutes was fired. It's just a little baffling.

I understand he didn't call the Caylee tipline based on what he said. If they had this all could ended then.

With the questioning CM looks like a bully attacking a good samaritan. RK is sounding pissy but he certainly has every right to be which I'm sure the jury knows since they heard the opening statement.

This is going nowhere. Mason needs to stop and call Jesse for whatever reason

Think about the photos we've seen, it's hard to make them out and you know that they are there.

Wonder what Baez's closing statment will be? The same as his OS? I wouldn't put it past him.

IMHO he's going to amend that OS. It will sound nothing like opening. JMHO though, you never know with him.

ok only a few will get this - but I think Kronk looks like Ray Rayner (from olden days TV in Chicagoland and WGN)
Agree! I had quite a few pairs of pj's that I ruined by pasting slips of paper on so I can pretend to be Ray....(he used to pull them off his shirt and announce the cartoons)

I might think twice. They've trashed this guy's life for 3 years.

I'm one of the few! I watched that show in the am's growing up in Chicago, I loved dudley the dog and his duck, he kept in a swimming pool... good times, and memories.

Cuddly Dudley and Chelveston

She has certainly been smiling bigger since being examined by the 3 head doctors this past weekend.

Big smiles, with teeth showing. Wonder what's up with that?

New Meds!!! :-)

For me - hands down - the worst day of this trial. Just disgraceful - I've never seen anything like this and can't believe it went on and on.
I'm not clear why the SA weren't jumping up and down continually but I guess it was just to let CM ask everything he could think of and just get it over with.
Why stop the DT when they are digging their own hole, the SA must be absolutely giddy at this point.
They will rehabilitate him on cross, not that he needs it because he is coming across very good right now, someone wronged.

But I get what you mean, it's wrong that a DT can do this to a person.

The defense is getting pwned today. They got nothing.

The jury is directly across from ICA, right?
When JP mentioned the 'special break' she looked straight ahead with this cutesy, little grin.

Is she trying to make contact and endear herself to the jury now?

I think she was enjoying the grilling Kronk was getting... She's evil to the core!!! :banghead:

When this trial is over, LA needs to pick himself up and move to another state. He needs a life away from CA and GA.

Weren't he and Mallory supposed to be getting married? If they have children I hope with all that is HOLY that they do not let their babies be raised by CA or GA.

While I definitely HATE what poor Mr Kronk has been subjected to, I AM glad that the SA wasn't jumping up and down objecting during that. The jury might have gotten the impression that there was something about his testimony they didn't want said. This way the pure ridiculousness of the whole thing is unmistakable, and to me the SA is the side that fully benefitted from Mr Kronk's testimony already, and they haven't even crossed yet.

RK has just defeated the defense theory of the case. It's over.
Oh, Themis...this means so much coming from you! Thanks!!

This is a crime in itself! How many people are watching this highly publicized testimony will now think twice before getting involved?

I can tell you this Lady won't.:snooty:

This Zahra TH on HLN is silly. She thinks the jury is going to have problems with Kronks credibility. 'Why didnt he stick around on the 11th and wait for the LE to come and find it?"

"The jury is going to see him as losing credibility."

I disagree. I think he sounds honest.

AND he said he wanted to remain anonymous. You bet if they had found Caylee that day, the place would've been surrounded by TV camera's and journalists.

a

Yes, they are, but not sure how good of a angle or look they get of her because of the podium and other props that the DT use.

But, yes, I'm sure she thinks that they should be grateful to her for their afternoon snacks, because if it wasn't for her, they wouldn't be getting such special treatment and treats.
Afterall, she is eating bologna and is long suffering ~ ~

Jesse Grund is going to be a witness soon. I'm surprised. Why would they need him now?

His depostion was pro ICA. He was still carrying a torch for her at the time. He spoke about how nice she was and she changed suddenly but she would NEVER hurt Caylee. He speaks about her work and asperations. He will talk about her being a great mother. He didn't get along with cindy and thought ICA was a victim. He was still under her spell. His testimony helps the defense more than State.

I'm sure the State will turn it around.
