I've not seen the end part either, but I've always felt Caylee seemed a little uncomfortable, like she wasn't used to KC playing with her like that. Maybe KC was putting on a show for either the camera or a visitor? At one point, Caylee appears to be looking over at someone, like she was looking for reassurance. Just a sense I get.

I too would really be interested in seeing the full-length video. I didn't know about the end.

I always thought there was something weird about that video. It was a show for the camera

Even this picture does not convince me that we aren't being played . That was too weird ,especially since they're all sitting there listening to each other.
As I said about Lee,I've quit trying to figure this family out (as of today) .If somebody that knows them well wants to spill the beans I'll buy the book !

Until then,ICA is guilty and she'll get convicted. That's all I really care about.
Speed it up people .The jury needs to get their lives back :maddening:

I don't know what Roy Kronk is doing now, but if I were in the position to give that man a job with a nice salary I'd be calling him tonight... I appreciate his efforts to report what he found and I applaud him for standing up to the Defense. He's the kind of employee I'd want.

I agree and have a hard time believing the jury was impressed seeing this man pounded. IMO this was one of the most ridiculous displays of 'we've-got-to-drag-this-out-cos-we've-got-nothing' by the Defense.

I'm a little intimidated by the scope of knowledge and quick thinkers on WS. I can listen to the trial at work and this is the place I come to for some no-agenda info.

Something I was just thinking about. The two statements KH/RC made contradict eachother. It was an accident that snowballed of control. the, george pinned ICA up against the wall demanding to know what ICA did to Caylee. Can't be both. PLUS, she first DENIED an affair with george.

There was however one part of Lees testimony that made no sense. He said the fight with CA was in OCTOBER, before he went back to work. DC didn't do the searches until NOVEMBER. How could he have a fight about this with his mother BEFORE it happened? :waitasec:

IIRC, DC sent the Teddy bear CA gave to him to the psychic 2-3 weeks before they searched? Not sure of the timing exactly, but maybe the psychic tip was in the works in October.

My DH just told me he saw on TV that they had the courtroom locked today for an hour. Anybody know what that was about?

I saw that too! It was amazing how far it really is from where Caylee's remains were found and where DC and JH were searching.

When DC was testifying, LDB had him mark two X on the map, one showing where he parked his car and where he went into the woods. It was an aerial shot and she mentioned a car in the picture for perspective of the distance, and also the light poles. From the corner of Hopespring and Suburban, Caylee's remains were within a few feet from the first light pole. Where DC and JH were searching was just beyond the third light pole.

Vinnie walked the distance from Hopespring and Suburban to the area where DC and JH parked their car and were searching. When the camera turned around and looked back toward Hopespring, that first light pole was so far away!

From where DC and JH were searching, Vinnie paced off how many paces back to where Caylee's remains were found. He went about 60 paces, at about 3 feet each pace, that's about 180 feet. With the dense brush going into the woods and being that far away, there's no way DC and JH were anywhere near Caylee's remains.

I've thought a lot about that since seeing DC and JH map of where they went in yesterday and just wondered if 'word' got to them along the lines of "in the woods after the 2nd or 3rd light pole" and they took that literally as the 2nd or 3rd light pole after the woods started (past the fence), when actually it was meant from whoever may have directed them there as near the 2nd or 3rd light pole after the intersection of Hopespring and Suburban...

IMO they really present the accident statement out of context. If you read the whole interview, it comes across like he was trying to come to terms with something he didn't want to believe, that Casey really could have done something to Caylee.

I just put it down to the fact that he traveled with his job and was often away from home, and he's confused about when, so maybe going back to work after a week at home or something after one of those trips.

We are finally hearing some kind of truth about what was going on with Lee, so I'm sure not going to question the smaller details.

I think in the beginning he believed ICA because he wanted to and his family did. But obviously as time went by and Caylee was found dead, he became disenchanted with the idea of her innocence and had to face his feelings about the loss of Caylee. He also stood by listening to his mother support her innocence any and every time she could, when every instinct told him she wasn't.

So I think Lee has only testified to exactly the questions he's asked. He offers nothing more and certainly nothing extra that will help ICA. But I think the really last straw for him was when he heard his parents prepare to lie for her on the stand. Now I really understand what he was so upset about the first time he was on the stand. Three years of rubbish, betrayal and the loss of Caylee came crashing down on his head.

I hope he breaks free of the family and I think George is going to have to also to survive at all.

I'm loving the guard now stationed behind ICA, this girl seriously was getting away with too much at the defense table, she is reading everyone's pc's and texting which should be a big no no.
She should count her blessing that HHJP allows her to come in unshackled.

With that in mind, I don't think the grief counselor is coming in, and I don't think JG's testimony will come in as it's hearsay. That leaves us with George, Cindy, Lee, River Cruz, and Vasco Thompson, and I can't see the DT putting Vasco Thompson on the stand as the DT's theory completely fell apart when it was learned that he didn't have the telephone number in question in 2008.

The DT case could wrap up tomorrow, unless Casey decides to testify, and that could take us into Thursday.

TL was not allowed to testify to what she said about abuse,so why would they even consider JG? I thought it would be the same,No?

He didn't know she was lying about it until a couple of weeks ago when his parents were talking about it.

Is that when his memory improved and he remembered it was before he returned to work? Because he could not remember that for his depo.

Is that when he remembered his mom sent Dominic out there? Because he did not remember that in his depo.

I think it was planned lie just to throw suspicion on the family hoping one juror would think one of them had something to do with it.

Guard has been there all day. This guard I like she has always made ICA get right up after court is dismissed and takes her right back.

Someone posted on the trial thread today when this was being discused that when an inmate has been evaluated for competency as ICA did this past week-end, they have to do that. Something along those lines. I think it was in the morning thread.
