I have a question: I have been watching ICA every day, and I notice that sometimes she is really animated and sometimes she seems almost stoic. Do you think she is more involved in her council and her defense than first considered. It seems to me that she is watching the case as an observer to her own defense as presented by JB and CM. When they don't present it well, she seems to get really upset. Thoughts? I don't think she thinks any more of them than we do. Could this be why she didn't testify?

Things must have changed since my dad was in practice. I know that he had to be very careful not to flat out lie before the court while accusing innocent people of vile crimes. That was not allowed. He was able to insinuate or imply, but he could not say flat out, ' My client's father was the real killer, she saw him do it herself.' And that is pretty much what Baez did. imoo

I'm confused because I thought like you, that the main defense's theory had to come from the defendant. After reading the lawyer's thread, unless I don't understand it, I'm more baffled.

I just looked at the indictment and there is no mention of felony murder...there is a link to it in the legal thread, one of the more recent posts...

Hey guys! I have a quick, and hopefully easy, question. What time is court supposed to start tomorrow? I've seen both 8:30 and 9 from various sources. I know they are supposed to be there earlier if they have issues that need to be addressed. I'm just wondering because this is one of those days that I don't want to miss a minute of the proceedings.
